getting started with VLC Tugger

Hi!

I have done some jelqing in the past and got a 1/2" gain out of that and now I am going to try the VLC tugger for a bit.

I can wear it all day with a good tug. Starting at 6 3/4 and hoping for more!

TLC is a helpful and respected member here, don't be afraid to ask him questions and make sure you follow his advice. A light manual routine may also be a good supplement to your tugging
