Hello,

just here to say I hit my first goal today after 2 years of PE. I suppose I'm a -very hard gainer-. A few week ago I decide to clamp almost everyday during my shower, using 2 clamp and adding pressure with my hand. This is a kind of "extreme clamped horse squeeze". And I added a pump session once a week. My indicator are very good and I started (after all this time) to get some girth gain. BTW, I don't recommend my routine to beginner.

I have been doing similar squeezing type exercises while clamped. I can clamp normally and I don't think it does anything useful for me except to darken the skin, but adding some extra squeezes I can then feel the pressure. I think, at least for me, it's essential to push at the pressure levels a bit for it to have any real-world effect in terms of gains. I'm also following the signs of my EQ during this, and adjust my sessions accordingly. Thanks for your post and a rep for you.

Almost 2 years of PE. And very good P.I. with advanced technics. Sometime I feel I got a penis of steel! I did not get good result with stretch and jelq. Too smooth for my anatomy. So by exploring, I finally choose to do more "rough" exercise. You must use your own judgement...

Thanks for your comment XitemeM! I got the same feeling about adding pressure to feel the pressure. I just figure that I can use a bigger padding to get more pressure. I might try next clamp session.

Hi malehanger,

my girth gain is very progressive. I do have loose gain on length but never on girth (I mean, I don't pump and just after taking my stats :D ).

7.25X5

The two last length measurement is taken with a ruler. I find it more accurate.

I was clamping unsuccessfully when I was using chamois material as the underwrap and had become disillusioned with it, until... I used a strip of mousepad material. Totally different and awesome. Some good padding underneath has a great impact on effectiveness and comfort.

I'm expecting to lose a little bit of length as well in return for my next gains in girth, but I'll get that back later and not worried about it at all. It might be possible I'll gain length as well as girth but we'll see what happens.

Oh and I was inspired by your post and used a double clamp last night as well. Very nice :)

Hey XitemeM, great idea the mousepad! I will try this for sure.

Mousepad padding is so worth it. Just wait 'till you feel the difference. I'm using double clamps now every time by the way. Mousepad underwrap with double clamps, I'm getting some great sets in lately :Cool2:

Hey Max P are these girth measurement under the same conditions? Normal erection with no clamps, pre pe session, post pe session, etc...? Also, what exersice did your girth gains come from? clamping?

I always do measurement without doing pe exercise before. I think that gave me the most accurate measurement. Something when my eq is not good I wait a day or two before taking the right measurement.

I think I'll get another cable clamp for trying doube clamping. Anyway I've been using clamp+squeeze and I see a good expansion, though my gains stopped a while ago, maybe because I'm being kinda inconsistent.
