just here to say I hit my first goal today after 2 years of PE. I suppose I'm a -very hard gainer-. A few week ago I decide to clamp almost everyday during my shower, using 2 clamp and adding pressure with my hand. This is a kind of "extreme clamped horse squeeze". And I added a pump session once a week. My indicator are very good and I started (after all this time) to get some girth gain. BTW, I don't recommend my routine to beginner.
