HELP!!! : 25, ASIAN, and SMALL :(

Hello GUYS!

I am new here so I would like to introduce myself first to give you a bit of my background before my struggles. Also I would like to thank you and apologize in advance for being a lazy noob.

As the title says, I am 25. I am Asian and I am one one of those "stereotypes". I have a small penis. and I think I have a small penis for a 25, 5'5 138lbs Asian. How small you ask? Well I bought the smallest (or so I think) condoms in the market - Lifestyles Snugger Fits, Iron Grip Snugger fit, and Okamoto Smart Boy condoms (Amazon.com: Okamoto | Condoms | Smart Boy 12pc: Health & Personal Care) (hoping japanese condoms would have a smaller width) and my penis barely fits into any of them. With a full-erect penis, all the condoms are still loose.) I am also still a virgin. From high school to some of my college years I never masturbated (not sure if this effects my penis growth).

For the longest time, I have been wondering if my Penis will ever grow bigger. But I am 25 now and it doesn't seem like it. I always wonder, am I a defect? Do boys younger than me have this problem?

Any asians out here at my age or younger have this problem? if so, before you came to PEgym, what contraceptives did you use? what condoms are out there that fit perfect for me?

I gave up on that search for a condom and rather look for something to improve my growth size. Thus, I fortunately found this website.

Besides admitting I a have small penis, I also admit that I am lazy due to that fact that I am overloaded with information. It's like the feeling you get when you when you first sign up for a gym and you want to optimize your workout regime. You start searching on the web for information, but you get thousands of yields and you try to sort that info. It's overwhelming but when you have a specific forum and a guide to help you, it makes it easier to digest.


I am hoping that you guys will be able to guide me through these several months to help me improve my girth and size. and gain some confidence to ask a girl out and do this.

so my first basic question are

1. Where to start?

2. what are the best, fastest, and safest way to improve girth and length?

3. are products necessary or will basic exercises suffice?

Now that you're on PEGym, you're at the right place to start. Try the JP90 and see how it works for you. Take it slow, you only have one penis.

hey joebruin,

Im asian too and although i dont have the same problem as yours, I have a friend from high school who has the same problem as you're facing. So I totally understand what youre going through

We lived with our PE teacher (PE for Physical Education) in the boarding house and he ensured that the boarding house students were healthy(er) than the students who werent boarding.

What he recommended to my friend was eat more food that are good for blood pressure/cardiovascular (e.g Blueberries, olives, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, ginseng tea).
Here is some more food that are good for the penis that I found on the forum: Best penis foods.

Drink gallons of water, make sure you go to the toilet very often and do more cardio exercises such as running or cycling

Also, I think it is very important to masturbate. Keeps you away from prostate cancer as well as it works the muscles of your kit. Stimulate every part of your groin by rubbing just so that the blood flows nice around there.

Since you havent been masturbating in ages, I think reviving it would be a good foundation for going into PE.

follow a newbie routine first then you can PM me.I'm much older than you and still growing month by month...PE is for real.Just start and stick to it.:)

Yo man i am asian too! I am 24, i dont have the same problem, but just want to say PE does work :) so good luck! It takes time, but it will get bigger!

Throw the idea of using this workout in the trash, too advanced especially for a beginner, to tedious and an extreme case of overtraining for any one else.

Agreed, Well you gotta know your starting stats, then you gotta know if you are length gainer or girth gainer, cos some people gain girth easier some th other way around. I am a girth Gainer, so i spend most of my time stretching.

Just do the JP90 routine first, thats what i did, then i just increase the JP-90 routine and increase the intensity. And it does work, just be patience. YOu will see the differences

Fellas, please use some common sense when handing out routines to new guys. The above routine is absolutely rediculous, i mean no offense to the maker of it but I am willing to bet that it is not successfull, and if it is it will end soon.

First of all you shouldn't base your confidence on penis enlargement, actually you shouldn't base your confidence on the size of your penis or lack of. Confidence is not a gift, it is something that you earn through struggle and frequent use. Learn to accept yourself as you are and everything that comes with it.

As for why you have that particular size, you need to understand that penis size, like height, is mostly genetic, yes the environment is a factor but it is negligible. A lot of guys blame themselves for their sizes, but in reality there is no one to blame other than your parents and ancestors.

Now regarding the overload of information, I would suggest you abstain from reading too much or thinking about it too much. Most of what you will come across is mostly theory and may not necessarily represent reality. Spending hours reading all of it is probably not worth you time. What I suggest you do is drink the kool-aid and follow JP's routine for the first 90 days. Afterwards it will be trial and error to find what works best for you.

As for the condom thing there is now a European manufacturer of 'custom' condoms. They offer pretty much every size, but I think they only ship in europe. The website is TheyFit — Custom Fit Condoms - 95 Sizes .

If you're that concerned about it, you could get a urologists opinion. Personally, I've never had any success with urologists. In my opinion instead of seeing a doctor who's gonna likely tell you "its all in your head" I would just spend the money on a penis pump instead. It's also important to get one with a gauge, that way you know which pressure level you are at. Do long sessions between 3-5hg and you'll go a long way. Never go over 5.

Should get anywhere from 1/2-1inch temporary increase on the first session to flaccid and erect, permanent gains will follow. Pumping, in my opinion, is the safest and quickest method for gains.

Sorry for the lack of updates. Haven't been on this site for a couple of days since I started moving to a new apartment and have my own room. perfect timing to start reading and trying some stuff up.

Thanks for all the replies, the encouragement, and some words of wisdom!

Turtleproblems - what pumps do you suggest if I were to look into one? I am going to try some of these hand on excercises. I always thought these penis pumps were a gimmick given their notoriety on T.V/media.
