Depends on the girl. Too much length can be extremely painful (you might start running into problems beyond 7.5" if you start penetrating all the way). Most girls like a lot of girth though: 6"+ is where the problems are likely to start. I'm nowhere near any of these two figures though...

Good responses and the common theme is...yes, highly variable. Well, it varies a lot from girl to girl, I've known women that can't handle stuff over 6" whitout pain, on the other hand, there are gals like me that can handle way more, I've had a horse dick inside before, and I could handle it pretty well. Height can be a factor in this, if the girl is really short, they could have a lower limit than a girl twice her height.
