Extender/Bathmate/Bib Hanger Routine?

Ive madd a similar post about this a long time ago but I have a bit more newer thoughts and questions.

I know DLD from MOS forums has an SRT routine that involves all 3 but it requires more than those 3 devices and the pumping days are completly seperate and way to spread out.

Im sure im not the only one out their that has all 3 of these devices lol. Has anyone ever tried 3 of these devices In 1 daily routine?

I understand pumping should never be done before hanging because its painfull and other reasons but.. What if I were to pump after hanging?

I do understand all 3 devices bring something different to the gains.. So thats why I wish to use all 3

Ive heard around that, extending and bathmate give both girth and length. But hanging is mostly length so ide be benifiting girth and lengthin a days routine.. Not just length.

Well my idea right now is this routine.. I would greatly appreciate feedback/advice on it.

1) Bathmate for 20 minutes while streching in all possible directions while kegaling.

2) Go to work, Wear extender for 9-12 hours)

3) Hang 15-20 X 4

4) Bathmate again for 20 minutes

5) Day complete. Take Rest days when needed.

In all, ive extended for 4 months and used bathmate for 1 month so in 5 months ive went from 5 inches to 5.5 so I know that routine works well.

Ive moved on to hanging with great results, in 1 month my BPEL went from 6.5 to 7 3/8 but then it stopped right their.

Another benifit is that hanging is benifiting my extender usage. I used to only be able to extend to 5 3/4 inches. Now I can extend to 7 inches with no pain for a full hour.

Im very confident with hanging, but I want to make use of my other 2 devices. If anyone has any advice, Please post. Thanks everyone.

Once you start to hang with any weight that requires you to really clamp down the hanger you will see why it doesnt work. You will not be able to hang after pumping, not anything over 10 pounds without pain. It may damage your penis because you will be smashing down penile tissue that is pumped up with lymph fluids, a very very bad idea.
If you must pump and hang you will have to do your pumping on a day that is followed by a day off of hanging.
Example that may work, hang then pump then next day off, or maybe hang 2 days with a pump after the hang on day two then day three is an off day. You can try if you will but as stated you will quickly change your mind once you get up to any decent weight.
If you insist on working girth you should look at options that will not pull lymph fluids into your penis such as jelquing or clamping but you must also be very conditioned if you plan on clamping.
All in all I hate to say it but your routine as outlined above is not a good plan at all, but then again I had the same ideas in my earlier days. This is why I know it wont work, I have tried it with the exception of extending.

I wish I could jelq. Im on anti anxiety medications which make it impossible to jelq cause I cant keep an erection for long.

But thanks for the response. Ill prob just have seperate days

Im sketchy sorta too about MOS. It seems sometimes that they just say anything to push sales for devices but their are some decent guys over their aswell.
