Firstly, this is a great place with so much excellent advice, I can't thank you guys enough.
I first discovered Jelqing a couple of years ago and as my memory serves I only did it once or twice, didn't think it worked and stopped. I was happy with my size and single so it didn't really bother me.
I'm only 5ft 2" and I'm 6" erect - flaccid varies from 3" to 4". I guess that size isn't too bad for a shorter guy.
Over the past few weeks I've been silently hovering over the boards reading quiet a bit of info. I was skeptical about the whole subject but thought I'd give it a proper go this time. I've done 3 sessions so far.
10mins warm up
Stretches, Up, down, left, right etc
10mins Jelqs (made sure I was doing 3 secs)
Warm down in the shower.
100 kegels (50 in the morning 50 at night)
The morning after my first workout I awoke with only what I'd describe as my finest boner to date, a definite EQ gain. Every morning since I've awoke with an impressive stiffy. I am thinking that something is definitely happening due to PE.
I'm not going to measure until I've done a month of this but I'm almost certain that I'll gain if I keep a steady pattern.
My girlfriend found out about the my secret qelq sessions when I left the lube under sink, I had to tell her. She laughed and said that it's impossible to grow your penis. She tells me that she is more than happy with my size, I do believe her but I'm just fantasizing about having and extra inch or inch and half if I'm lucky.
