This is strange... Did you ever do any form of P.E at all for any amount of time?I dont think I have exacerbated it, I dont even know how it happened, I dont know if its physical or hormonal but the more I think about it logically the more it seems it would have to be hormonal.
Because:
Nothing to suggest nerve damage, no major pain, no tingling, touch and temp sensation is there just no sexual sensation or pressure sensation.
Able to have full erections only at times.
It is progressing downwards.
As for it progressing downwards, I have heard of this mentioned before on another forum.
I saw my urologist 2 weeks ago, still waiting on Testosterone and Prolactin.
We did not really talk about it much as there was a female med student in there and as usual his initial response to everything seemed very canned.
I am of 2 minds to follow it up furthur because I have had the u/s ages ago and it was normal, everyones experience on the internet is that MRI and u/s comes back normal.
My urologist said a proper u/s can cause a prolonged erection and advised against it. By the way I have them I imagine I would have a problem if I got the injection for the u/s, the last one I had ages ago wasnt with an injection.
The only thing I came across was a MRN(Magnetic resonance neurography). But then nothing points to nerve damage.
Have you ever had hormone problems prior?
Progressing downwards as in getting worse? I just wish to be precise in my understanding my friend.
Hmmm there must be something that was missed.
