Hell's gates...
I dont think I have exacerbated it, I dont even know how it happened, I dont know if its physical or hormonal but the more I think about it logically the more it seems it would have to be hormonal.

Because:
Nothing to suggest nerve damage, no major pain, no tingling, touch and temp sensation is there just no sexual sensation or pressure sensation.
Able to have full erections only at times.
It is progressing downwards.

As for it progressing downwards, I have heard of this mentioned before on another forum.

I saw my urologist 2 weeks ago, still waiting on Testosterone and Prolactin.

We did not really talk about it much as there was a female med student in there and as usual his initial response to everything seemed very canned.

I am of 2 minds to follow it up furthur because I have had the u/s ages ago and it was normal, everyones experience on the internet is that MRI and u/s comes back normal.
My urologist said a proper u/s can cause a prolonged erection and advised against it. By the way I have them I imagine I would have a problem if I got the injection for the u/s, the last one I had ages ago wasnt with an injection.
The only thing I came across was a MRN(Magnetic resonance neurography). But then nothing points to nerve damage.
This is strange... Did you ever do any form of P.E at all for any amount of time?

Have you ever had hormone problems prior?

Progressing downwards as in getting worse? I just wish to be precise in my understanding my friend.

Hmmm there must be something that was missed.

I have done PE shortly in the past but following the guide and warming up.

I have had hormone problems but not bad enough for doctors to recomend treatment although I have got treatment on and off in the past.

Progressing downwards physically, although I still have feeling on the top of my penis underneath the glans the corpus cavernosum deflates below it aswell now.

I got my blood test results back today and my prolactin is well within normal range, my testosterone is around 450ng/dl which is lowish but I dont know if it should be causing me these problems.

Your situation is very similar to mine, do you have feeling at the urethral opening and at the edge of the glans?

In case you are interested here is some information on the nerve structure of the penis more than any image I have found describes Yang et al: Neuroanatomy of the penile portion of the human dorsal nerve of the penis | CIRCS

Do not use DHT cream unless you want to possibly go bald, use testosterone shots. I would get blood tests and check for testosterone estrogen and prolactin aswell.

By the way I have nerve damage in my leg and the feeling is not the same as in my glans.

Thats what i feel also at the edge of glans and urethral opening, Feels like a chafe at the edge of the glans, will it heal?

Some herbs that help with general nervous system problems are gotu kola and ginkgo biloba (in liquid forms) along with vitamin b12 and b6 (high quality). These helped me restore feeling after a nerve injury and help with general nervous system health

I also took Siberian ginseng and Damiana herbs (also liquid extract) for libido and to keep blood flowing to the penis which is tremendously important. L-Arginine 1000mg helped the sexual drive return to normal after two weeks and hot wraps every day also kept blood flowing. Riding bikes is not recommended and garments that keep the penis in place during exercise so it doesn't move around are needed (such as a jock strap).

These are the steps i took and I owe it to these actions that my nerves healed. I've had problems with recurring injuries from not being careful so definitely observe the penis and make sure it doesnt go through anything too rigorous.

I'm interested by what you write here because I've just started taking 2g's of this stuff a day in the hope of achieving this.
