if my pump does not have a pressure guage, How would i know what the ideal pressure is? As i have a squeeze ball type pump, it a 9inc cylinder with the squeeze ball attached atop.

Without a gauge, you cannot know what pressure you're pumping to. Best advice is to not pump until you have a gauge. By the time you pump to a pressure that feels painful in the slightest, you've gone way past safe pressures. Pressures that are too high can actually feel quite good, but that doesn't mean it's safe.
dayner you live in canada by chance? i just found a guage that can be added in line if your handy, going to take a look at it tommorow
I heard the tunica can toughen and become thicker if you pump at high pressures, and makes it harder to gain in the future.
If you don't have a gauge, I guess the safe pressure will be the pressure that you feel it will naturally maintain the size of your erection. Risky though without a gauge

so i found a mechanical vacuum guage and added it to my pump, added about 5 in. to the top with where i added it, but also doublts a bit like a handle, i pumped it up to 7 hg and letting it sit testing to make sure theres no leaks , (NO NOT TESTING 7 HG ON MYSELF). i'll update you with the results, the where and how much. also i'm thinking this would be a setup i could transfer to others down the road.
Woots, 30 min later and still sitting dead on 7 hg where I left it. XitemeM is there a place to post tutorials like modding equipment? (Figures I void the warranty on something within a week... again)
