Decided to start a log to chart my progress and maybe help some people who are just starting out. I am a newbie but I've been doing some extensive research and I think I have a grasp of what I should do. I got most of my inspiration and information from funflyers and Steve23's logs. I have the X4 Labs Gold Edition and am using the 2100 gram springs I bought separately. For the most part I haven't done any previous PE exercises or conditioning. I am also using a home made Velcro System I set up when I got frustrated slipping out of the Strap. I'll try and keep this log updated weekly when I can.

First Week:
I used no tension at all, mostly because it took me a while to figure out how to work it. Also, since I'm not conditioned I didn't want to overdo it and hurt myself. I noticed that I couldn't stretch my flaccid very far and had to use the 1 inch and 0.5 rods. Any form of stretching at first was a little painful so I didn't put much tension. All week I wore it about 2 hours stretched more and more every passing day. I did this for 4 days and took 2 days off. Since I was beginning it was important for me to not put too much pressure and keep an eye on my PI.

Second Week:
I was only able to do it 3 days this week for 3 hours each. I did 1.5 hours in the afternoon and 1.5 hours at night. I noticed that I was able to stretch out more and upgraded to using the 2 inch rods. Also, I did 10-15 minute warm-ups with a warm rice sock. This really helped desensitize and allowed my penis to stretch out more. I noticed that when I was pointing my extender down (6 o'clock) I had to really unscrew the rods to almost falling out in order to reach the first line on my rods. However, whenever I would be pointing straight up (9 o'clock) the rods didn't need to be to unscrewed very much in order to reach the first line on the rod. I don't really know what this means. If anybody knows why this happened or has experienced the same then let let me know. So far after about 9 hours this week at 600-700 grams there are no negative PIs and have noticed better EQ in the mornings. This week was when I decided to officially start my stats. I'm actually going to be out of town for 3 days so I'll start back up again when I get back and try to go for more hours. My goal would be to average about 6 hours a day.

*Side note- I noticed that some members such as funflyer used their extenders to the 2nd line which I wanted to do but can only go to about the 1st line before I start feeling some pain. I think the reason has to be that they are more conditioned to these kind of exercises so I won't be able to replicate their routine. After talking to Steve23 I was informed that it might take me 2-3 months to become conditioned enough to reach the 2nd line on the rods without any pain. Right now I don't even want to try because it literally feels like my penis is going to get ripped off when I go above 1 line.

So this week I've worked to get up to about the 6 hour per day mark. I've also stayed at around the 700 grams mark. As you can see I have made some progress in terms of being to stretch my flacid further. I didn't expect to see any erect gains yet by any means but its pretty promising to see that at least my flacid grew a little. The base of my penis gets raw at about the 1 hour mark and I always have to remove it from the pain. I ordered a silicon base off ebay so I'll see how it works and if it reduces the pain a little bit. Gonna look into maybe a VLC Tugger to head reduce pain in the glans. Will keep everyone posted!

Just received the silicon base pad I ordered off ebay and all I can say is WOW!! That thing has made wearing the extender around my base a lot more bearable. It has almost completely done away with any pain at the base that comes with extending for a long time. I am using a thin piece of cloth in addition to the 2 foam rings for the glans and have noticed that it also helps reduce the pain I feel in the glans.

Day 15 (63 Hours)
I was only able to get one day where I had enough time to wear it about 6 hours. The rest of the days I averaged about 4 hours. I need to start allowing myself more time during the day to wear it for my desired 6 hours per day. One thing I can definitely say is that this little device sure will take up a lot of your time. Luckily I work at home so I'm here to devote the time but having to monitor it and remove it when my penis gets too numb does add up in time. As far as my stats are concerned there has been no change, which I didn't expect.

Also another thing I noticed is that wearing the extender down creates huge pressure at the top of my sack. The silicon base has helped but it still becomes really raw after a longer time. Most of the time, since I don't necessarily enjoy that feeling, I use my extender pointing outwards towards the 9 o'clock position. This provides the most comfort and this feels like it gives me the most resistance. I can extend farther pointing down than I can when I point outwards. I really don't know what this means, hopefully someone can clear this up for me.

Day 21 (96 Hours)
So I went out of town for the weekend but was able to log in 96 Hours total. I was away for 3 days with no extender use but I figured now this would be a good time to allow my penis to heal a little bit. One thing I noticed, which terrified me at first was that a had 2 long cuts along the bottom of my penis from supposedly my penis was stretched. I wasn't having negative PIs so I just thought I had been stretching my penis skin too much. Over the weekend I made sure to apply lots of Neosporin and now its healed but there are still 2 white scars on the bottom. I'm not really concerned with this because I figure over time this should heal up and disappear. Also, I started applying Neosporin every night because I noticed that it really helps with the small raw feeling I get in my penis. Still moving forward!

Day 30 (141 Hours)
Haven't really noticed any changes in stats so far, still the same. From here on out I'm going to stay consistently at about 900-1000 grams of tension. Also, starting today I'm going to start the JP90 routine. I've read great reports of people getting better results using both a PE routine and the extender. Also in a few weeks I'll be in Europe with the family and it'll be a lot easier to sneak some time to do the JP90 routine as opposed to wearing an extender. I would love to use the extender but I don't think I'll find time. Either way, I'll bring it just in case. So far so good, hopefully I'll be able to see some gains soon to give me a little more encouragement to continue, right now I'm still cautiously optimistic.

Alright, I went on vacation for 2 weeks and since I've been back I haven't been able to settle back into routine. I finally started up again with my routine. This time I will am adding a basic PE stretches and a JELQING session for 10 minutes right after I'm done extending. I'm doing the Manual PE for 2 days on, 1 day off then 2 days on, 2 days off (weekend). My goal will be to do about 6 hours everyday except weekends. Unfortunately, weekends are usually busy social days so its harder for me to commit to doing them those days, plus I'll use this time for my penis to heal. Whenever I do have free time on the weekend I will try to add in a few hours. I'm considering this a reboot of sorts for my own personal satisfaction. So far I'm on the 3rd day and I've done 12 hours so far. I'll keep everyone posted on how I do this time around

Day 8 (36 Hours so far)

Rebooting my routine, so far I've been able to do 6 hours everyday with a break on the weekends to make time for my social life. Also, I've been doing manual PE to help supplement my routine. I've been wearing my extender pointed outwards because that's where I've been noticing the most stretch. Pointing downwards gives a decent stretch but somehow it just feels tighter pointing outwards. Also, I recently bought some gauze and pipe insulator and have been using that around my glans and that has been a life saver. Now I don't really quit because of the pain in my glans but moreso now because the stretch in my ligs causes me to take a break. This is a whole different feeling altogether.

So far so good. I use the x4 Labs extender with quad support so I have the larger girth base. I like it because it allows me to change the pressure points on my ball-sack. After about 1.5 hours when I take the device off for my break, I put it back on but this time I pull my ball-sack through the base (So essentially the base is now a big cock ring), this creates a new pressure point on a different location on the balls and it doesn't hurt anymore. That works best for me as far as pain is concerned, but the silicone pad is a nice idea too.

My biggest issue with these extenders is they all claim that they can be "easily worn and concealed by your clothing". This is such bullsh1t, I can't wear the extender and not have it be noticeable, also the longer you stretch the harder it becomes to conceal. As it stands I can only wear my extender at home when I'm sitting/lying down and not moving around alot. Even walking around with the thing on is awkward.

I don't see how you can wear the thing for 6+ Hours a day unless you have no job/life and you live alone where you can just be naked all day wearing the thing. I'm going to get an all-day-extender that uses bungee type cords and straps the penis to your thigh, these are very easy to conceal and are more comfortable for extended hours usage, some wearers even have the thing on while they sleep! The only downside is you have no idea how many grams of pressure your applying to your stretch, but my extender just isn't very practical right now.

Yeah so far so good! I've been lazy updating this log but I've still been wearing the extender for the past 3 weeks. So far I do 5 days straight and take the weekends off, since this is when I see the girl I'm seeing and also when my social life becomes the busiest. Also, I strive to keep it at around 800 grams for now. I thought of doing the larger base thing but its expensive! Right now I have a setup which actually isn't too bad. I use the silicon pad and have wrapped a piece of foam insulator around where the base would be digging into my sack and that has really cut down on the pressure.

I don't understand how anyone can wear their extender out and about. It's so uncomfortable to walk in even, unless the tension used is like 500 grams maybe but then its not a real good stretch. Luckily I work from home so I have the time and privacy to use it but man is it annoying to wear sometimes. Honestly, 6 hours a day for me is pushing it, I feel like all I do all day is monitor my extender, although luckily I am working so its not a complete waste. If I didn't have a stay at home job I don't see how people could do it, let alone wear it to their office or place of work. An ADS was an interesting idea I heard about but haven't spent too much time considering. Will have to do that. I'll post my 3 week results this Sunday or Monday for those who are curious!

181 Hours!!

Alright, so I've been consistently wearing my extender for 6 hours during the week, I've just been too lazy to update my log. Anywho, I wear my extender from Monday to Friday and take a break during the weekend. I'm at about a tension of 1000-1200. I've noticed that my flaccid hangs a little lower and I can stretch it out more than before, but I haven't noticed any erect gains, yet. From what I read there will be flaccid gains first before erect so I'll still keep holding out. This upcoming Thursday to next Monday I won't be able to use my extender so I'll try to do some manual while I can. I do 6 hours everday because any more and I start getting antsy. Also, with online classes and work, I'm usually spending all day in my chair, not fun :/

So far I'm still using a tension of about 1000 while I wear my extender still. I notice that any more then it starts to really give me pain in the base of my penis. Still moving forward. I noticed that my FSL and BPFSL have gone up and possibly an erect length increase but it could just be better EQ. Gonna stay optimistic though!!

550 Hours!!

Alright so I've been really lazy updating this blog but I figure its important to keep track of my current progress. So far
I've been able to wear my extender for about 6 hours every day during the week and I take a break on the weekends.
During Christmas time there would be one or two days I wouldn't but I would then jump back into routine. It was very sporadic during the holiday but I'm happy to be back into routine. I still find it hard to believe I gained but it looks like I may have. I've made sure to keep a consistent tension of 1200 grams. Also it looks like the current time formula of 1000 hours equals 1 inch growth might not work for me. It looks like for me it's going to be resemble more (Growth in inches) = 0.0006 x (Hours in Use). At 800 hours I should be around 5.5 inches. This will really determine for me whether or not this thing is working at all. If I can hit 5.5 inches EL then at least I'll be statistically average. Lets see what happens/

Ohhhh and I've been using the Hydromax 30 for the past 2 months. I use it almost everyday with maybe 1 or 2 days rest during the week.

Im curious as well i too am using x4 labs extender, You make a good case when it comes to the base ring digging into ball sack it sucks i constantly have to move my sack skin around so its not getting pinched. When you are extending are what size elongation bars are you using? I am looking at your starting stats and you are about the same size as I. I bought the starter pack at x4labs and it came with just 3 inch bars and of course I couldnt fitit at first so I took the base springs out and it lowered it a bit for about 2 weeks, as of now of me writing this reply i can fit the 3 inch bars with springs but I am only able to stretch it with 2 lines showing with only a month of using extender 7 hours a day 5 days a week with weekends off

Ok everyone, I apologize for being away so long. Work, Grad School, and new Girlfriend have taken up lots of my time. So as of right now I am up to 780 Hours and I'll be honest I haven't seen any progress since my last post. I fluctuate between BPEL 6 2/8 and 6 3/8 on most days. For the most part I've been very good at extending about 6 days every week until February. So interestingly enough, if you read my initial post of why I started PEing in the first place, my ex-girlfriend broke up with me because she thought my penis was too small. Of course that hurt but it gave me motivation to start. Well, in February, I started dating this new girl who not only hasn't mentioned anything negative about my penis but literally wants sex everyday lol. Well, she works until the night time and comes to my house around 11pm. My work and school keeps me up until about 5am-6am and I wake up around 1pm. I go to the gym also and Salsa dance 3 nights out of the week. Let's just say I don't get the amount of private time I've had before. I am wondering if my cutting back hasn't slowed my growth.

Well, i was catching up on some of my old posts and found something interesting. My LOT is low and technically I should be extending at a higher angle, although I normally just extend down. Also, my BPFSL is around 7 1/8. This has grown massively. Because of this, the TCG Theory states that my Smooth Muscle is my limiting factor. This means that I should be focusing on girth work and my growth really won't continue until I work on this. Hmmmmm. I've been using the Hyrdromax 30 and I've grown about .15 inches to about 4.15 inches.

Before I was doing 6 hours but its been very hard to do this most days. I'm thinking of cutting back to 4 hours and doing more girth work. Thinking of doing the Hydromax and additional Jelqing. Anybody have suggestions?
