Decided to start a log to chart my progress and maybe help some people who are just starting out. I am a newbie but I've been doing some extensive research and I think I have a grasp of what I should do. I got most of my inspiration and information from funflyers and Steve23's logs. I have the X4 Labs Gold Edition and am using the 2100 gram springs I bought separately. For the most part I haven't done any previous PE exercises or conditioning. I am also using a home made Velcro System I set up when I got frustrated slipping out of the Strap. I'll try and keep this log updated weekly when I can.
First Week:
I used no tension at all, mostly because it took me a while to figure out how to work it. Also, since I'm not conditioned I didn't want to overdo it and hurt myself. I noticed that I couldn't stretch my flaccid very far and had to use the 1 inch and 0.5 rods. Any form of stretching at first was a little painful so I didn't put much tension. All week I wore it about 2 hours stretched more and more every passing day. I did this for 4 days and took 2 days off. Since I was beginning it was important for me to not put too much pressure and keep an eye on my PI.
Second Week:
I was only able to do it 3 days this week for 3 hours each. I did 1.5 hours in the afternoon and 1.5 hours at night. I noticed that I was able to stretch out more and upgraded to using the 2 inch rods. Also, I did 10-15 minute warm-ups with a warm rice sock. This really helped desensitize and allowed my penis to stretch out more. I noticed that when I was pointing my extender down (6 o'clock) I had to really unscrew the rods to almost falling out in order to reach the first line on my rods. However, whenever I would be pointing straight up (9 o'clock) the rods didn't need to be to unscrewed very much in order to reach the first line on the rod. I don't really know what this means. If anybody knows why this happened or has experienced the same then let let me know. So far after about 9 hours this week at 600-700 grams there are no negative PIs and have noticed better EQ in the mornings. This week was when I decided to officially start my stats. I'm actually going to be out of town for 3 days so I'll start back up again when I get back and try to go for more hours. My goal would be to average about 6 hours a day.

*Side note- I noticed that some members such as funflyer used their extenders to the 2nd line which I wanted to do but can only go to about the 1st line before I start feeling some pain. I think the reason has to be that they are more conditioned to these kind of exercises so I won't be able to replicate their routine. After talking to Steve23 I was informed that it might take me 2-3 months to become conditioned enough to reach the 2nd line on the rods without any pain. Right now I don't even want to try because it literally feels like my penis is going to get ripped off when I go above 1 line.
