JP 90 almost done, need tips.

On May 29 I will have finished the 90 day program. I haven't seen gains but have noticably increased the hardness and i see more veins on my penis.

I would like to know what routine I may use from here. I'm 5'5 in length and girth. I would love to get bigger in length and I have not given up! Maybe I was doing the exercises wrong I am not sure. I am ready to move on and am hoping the next level will help me reach my goal. Help would be awesome. Thanks =)

So you want to gain more length only? Double up the jp90 stretches like 2 reps and hold them for longer, like 1 minute, and add in a new type of stretch, I like a-stretches or even tunica tugs(though they say it's for girth, yet it helps with my length)

ANyone have other tips? I am going to follow what Steve told me which basically is doubling up on the jp90 correct? also links would help. thank you!

Actually, I agree with doubling up. I think the greatest thing that helped my gain more length was that I did two sets of all directional stretches for a minute hold. I would and still use a soft thick ace bandage just below the glans for a grip (nice comfortable) so I could apply more tension gradually til I reach the max without injury, then after the 90 day I started to do traction wrapping to assist in cementing the gains in length for erection and flaccidity. I haven't really gained much for a few months because I have slowed down on stretching (but just recently started again) giving it time to adjust.
Keep at it and it will come remembering any tissue gain to increase size is a good gain regardless even a millimeter.

Ahh thanks! i have been in the hospital for three weeks so i haven't been able to do any exercises an i feel blah about it. SO basically double up the stretches and warmups for the exercises? and going slower in the exercises would help correct? i think i would go too fast on the jelqs before

Well, build up to that amount. Do 3 sets for directional stretches for 30 second durations (sorry for the techno but I am programmer). Then after about a few weeks do 2 sets of 1 minute durations on the hold slowly increasing the tension forcing
your penis members to slowly adapt and your brain to give the signal to add more fibers. Also add in traction wrapping to help cement the process along with edging.

With jelging, my jelg from base (as low as I get it it to the pelvic bone) takes about 4-5 seconds from base to just under the glands with 2 second hold under the glans to help with glan growth in the process.

I will say this which has helped me in my quest for my goal: If you are focusing on both then make your jelging erection level at about 50-60%, if length lessing the EQ to about 40% which will give you a ligth girth with some nice penis stretching, and if for girth then raise it about 70-80% tops where there really is not stretching of the penis but only blood increase to the corpus region of the penis.

It has been three weeks since i last did kegals or any kind of gym. I have had some troubling times with my life and being in the hospital it has been tough but i finally have time to start tomorrow! Is it fine if I go straight to advance techniques even after a 3 week hiatus? or do i have to begin all over again?

Big moe- may you explain in more detail?
