Hi

I have a question? Has anyone ever used the Jelq sticks for stretching behind the balls? I have been doing this for a couple of days now and I think that I have made some extra gains.

This is just a thought on this idea.

What do you do, grab the penis with the Jelq Sticks, and then stretch down and under?

Hi Remek

Yes, That is what I do with the Jelq sticks. I also stretch pulling out and up, you have to hold them tight so you don't squeeze your balls.

Jelq sticks

Hi Lucky,

Jelq sticks are another to do Jelqing and stretching. They are made out 1/2" round dolls with rubber tubing on them. You can get these dolls in a lumber supply store. Home Depot or Lowes Stores.

you grab behind your balls with the jelq sticks and pull strait out is that what you are saying?

Hey mean,

Yes, You put one over the penis and the other under the balls and squeeze together and pull straight out for 30 seconds and straight down for 30 seconds and pull straight up for 30 seconds repeat each five times.

what's the stretch like? do you think you might see some kind of gains from adding this to your routine?

Hey mean,
I really can't explain how it feels, but I like the feel of the pressure of the pull. Yes there has been some gain of 1/4 inch in the tunic. I think that you can get the same stretch from o.t.s., I put both in my routine.

Interesting. This jelq stick stretch seems to be a lot like a stretch I have been playing with lately... I don't know if it feels the same for you, but I really feel a good stretch in my perineum.

Hey remek,

It seem that we are on the same wave length, ya this is a good stretch of the perineum. Do you do both stretches straight up and straight out? how long do you hold the stretches? I would rather put it under the balls for the stretch. To do the stretch that is down between the legs I set on the edge of the chair, so I get can really stretch far between the legs as much as posible.

For the stretch I am referring to, I mainly stretch SU (straight up). I hold the stretch for 30-120 seconds. It is very intense, at least for me. I should get some time to post it tonight. If so, have at it and tell me what you think.
