Having had medical check ups doctors concluded that my ED is psychological. I consider myself a very confident guy who doesnt have hang ups about sex and doesnt get anxiety before having sex with a girl, I know my ED is due to porn addiction because I have a hard time getting it up when im on my own further confirming that it isnt performance anxiety. Anyway I figured the best way to overcome this is to delete videos from my hard drive and install a porn blocker, but there is a massive problem with this. If I install a porn blocker it wont allow me on sites such as this one or any sites that involve sex tips or how to improve your sex life, sites that have given me much help in the past. Im really not sure what to do, I cant give up through being disciplined, believe me ive tried and at the same time I dont want to be blocked from sites where sex is a subject of discussion. I just want it to filter out the youporn's, porntubes etc and not the sexinfo101's or any site with an article relating to sex. Are there any good programs anyone could recommend? or maybe some general advice. I am finding my libido decreasing and there is no medical reason for these as the blood tests have shown.

Download firefox and use the "CensureBlock" addon and only disable it when you check the forum (and remember to enable it when you leave the forum) and "adblock". I think it's better to block all the sexual content and when you want to read some sex tips just disable the addon. You can also join the "AP90" group, we try to avoid porn (and some of us masturbation) for 90 days, check my signature for this. greetings.

In the past when i was only using "internet explorer" i downloaded the freeware version of spywareblaster (i downloaded it from majorgeeks.com). And on it there is flash killer and if you tick the box you won't be able to watch videos and the flashing ads like the one above are just static pictures: so basically all videos and flashing ads (like on porn channels) would be immobilised but you could still read the text on the pages.

I believe it only blocks things while using internet explorer but if that all you use then it's great.

If I can disable then there is no point of having it as it wont remove the temptation. My plan is the install a good program, change the password to something I cant remember to completely block the temptation or porn without blocking other important stuff. Plus blocking for one browser is useless as well because whats to stop me just downloading a new browser like chrome. I think I found the perfect program, its called K9 it lets you filter by category as to only block porn and not sex ed or sex related discussions.

Just sayin, "CensureBlock" is amazing to block every sexual content . if you can't handle to enable and disable (just 2 clicks) the add-on for whatever reason you have, k9 could be a good choice. and come on man YOU CAN DO THIS!!! be strong!!. Greetings.

I also quit watching porn 2 months ago and I can say im much more confident about sex. I dont really understand why you should install programs so you are FORCED to not watch any porn? Why dont you just switch it off in your brain like I did? Its just an idea. I simply dont want to watch porn anymore. I didnt install any porn blockers or anything. There are also some old saved links about porn sites inside my explorer's history, but I simply dont care about them. Even at work, when some guys switch to a porn channel to watch for a while, I simply dont care about it. I may watch so I can add a comment or two but I dont get aroused from it anymore...

My advice is to leave your computer as it is and fight it mentally. You dont want it anymore? Then just switch it off inside your brain as I did. Its pretty simple like that. :)

You obviously have more willpower than me, but surely you can see the sense that removing the temptation as an option makes it much easier to succeed. For example if you are on a diet is it better to have unhealthy food in the house or no unhealthy food in the house, seems obvious to me. Anyway its not an issue anymore K9 is awesome it blocks porn without blocking sites like this one or any site that contains the word "sex" like other filters do and since I have changed my password to something I cant remember I dont have to worry about giving in to weakness. and best of all its free, seriously guys I cant recommend it highly enough if you are trying to give up porn.
