3.75 Hours today at home.. But, I used a higher tension and had .15 or so increase in BPFSL.. Here we go.. Total hours in torture device: 34.5

Had family over Saturday so no time.. 5.5 hours today for a total of 49 hours. I'm adding a hanger I believe to my routine.

81.6 hours total before today in 22 days! Avg: 3.71 hours per day. Need to get that over 4.5 before the end of Feb.

Looking back at my PE career through the posts I've made here and at Thunders, I see that I seem to have a breakthrough during the 2nd month of PEing. So, as of Feb 3, my second month will start.. Here's hoping for huge gains and continued success with life, love and happiness!
