Kegels cause tailbone pain.

Hi everyone,

I've been PEing for nearly a month and I am experiencing a little bit of pain in my tailbone area when I do kegels lying down on my bed. I don't feel any pain when I do it sitting upright. It's only when I do it lying down on the bed with legs moved up making a 45 degree angle with my lying body. Plus, does any of u recommend warming down after jelqing?

Thanks in advance.

PE should never be associated with pain, so if it hurts when you lay down then its probably too much pressure on your tailbone. You should do your kegels in a position thats comfortable and not painful.

Warm down after any PE workout is always a good idea.

I get this to actually. I've even "cracked" my tail bone while kegeling (just like cracking my back)

With time it had pretty much went away. I think it's simply that some of the pelvic floor muscles must either attach to, or above the tail bone which is why you feel it stress a little if you kegel really hard
