Ok my boss (female) knows my gf and they have worked together before. So yesterday im in her office after a crazy day at work along with another one of my bosses. I was acting wierd which is usually my MO after geting my azz kicked all night. She looks at me and says "i like you. I can see why your girlfriend wanted to start dating you." Whats all this then!? I didnt know what to say so i just kindof smiled and went back to work. Then later that night she offered me some of the dessert she didnt want to finish. Now that is pretty common no matter who it is. We all share around there.

That is a classic ploy that lots of bosses do. You will often get a pervy male boss buying his sexy secretary a banana in the morning so he can watch her eat it, then after lunch he comes back with some lollypops so he can watch her suck on them, then later on he will come back with a stick of celery and tell her she should nibble on it for health reasons..all the while he is watching her nibbling on it.

So would i be right in thinking that the desert she offered you was a desert which required you to use a lot of tongue action?

It could be just a compliment with a bit of an admission attached to it.
