Really, how do you determine girth because most of us are not evenly girth on the shaft. Some have bat shape, some cone shaped, some almost flush, some even flush, some gradually incrementing towards the base ,some the opposite to that.

I know that one site said to measure the thickest part and some say measure that glans, mid, and base then run the average. So I guess [e = (g+m+b)/3)] would be the formula. (5.3 + 5.7 + 6.25) / 3 = 5.75 would be where I am at in the present going by the latter girth format.

Just measured 16.5cm mid-shaft, or 6.5" dead on, yesterday - although that was after a pretty intense clamping session, so some of it was temporary swelling, I guess. Still, encouraging that I can measure that elusive 6.5" after taking the clamp off. Definitely going to retire from PE completely when I can measure that girth with a 'normal' (unclamped) erection.

I'd say it depends on the shape of your cock. Some penises are pretty even in girth all the way along, in which case just measuring at one consistent point - the middle of the shaft seems the most obvious place - is sufficiently rigorous.

Are you particularly going for girth? And what's your routine? I've had good girth results (about 3/4 of an inch) from a combination of full-erection jelqing and clamping with a padded cable tie. Mind you, this has taken a couple of years.
