The glans is not the most sensitive part(though uncut guys its more sensitive from not being desentized from the outside world per say), the frenulum is and it's most of the time removed during circumcision, and the foreskin has tons of nerves in it too. So people saying it's the same as removing the womans clitoral hood is not true, it's like removing half the clit too(loss of sensitivity but still has enough to get an orgasm.)
