Ok so here's the timeline and measurements thus far.

Starting measurements (May 2, 2011):
BPEL- 5 15/16"
EG- 4 15/16"

July 25
BPEL- 6 7/8"
EG- 5 1/4"

Aug. 14, 2011 (today)
BPEL- 7 1/4"
EG- 5 3/8"

So here's what worked for me:
I started with JP's 90 day routine, 5 days on, 2 days off. I warmed up by sacrificing a tall glass that I could fill with the hottest water my dick can take and pressing it onto my manhood until cool and repeating for at least 12, preferably 15 minutes. I would use a rice sock but I'm a chef and I detest microwaves. Cool down the same way but for 8-10 minutes.

Each week I would incrementally up the intensity of my workout and by that, I mean pull a bit harder when stretching, grip tighter when jelqing and hold the jelqs for longer. I overtrained 2 times and had to take a 4 day break each time before I got a good sense of how much I can increase the workload each week.

Oh and another thing I forgot to mention is after reading an article on this site about LOT (loss of tug), I determined mine was down, so I jelq standing with my dick pointing nearly straight up

After 3 weeks, I added tunica tugs during my stretching. 4 sets of 20 seconds.

After 8 weeks I added flaccid bends to my workout. 1 stretch in each direction, again 20 seconds each

Also, during the week (though not regimented like my workouts) I would edge about 3-4 times. I workout Mon.-Fri. so my rule is unless I'm having sex, I wouldn't allow my self to orgasm until the weekend as a sort of reward for all the hard work.

In between May 2 and July 5, I did 80-85% of my gaining in the first two weeks. Newbie gains of course. By the twelfth week, I was lucky to gain 1/16" in any direction in a week and I noticed that my dick was starting to tolerate some REALLY hot water. I an effort to reproduce some previous success with quick gaining and make my dick sensitive to heat again, I deconditioned for 2 weeks.

Upon starting PE back up a week ago today, it looks like taking that time off paid dividends big time because in the past week I picked up 3/8" in length and 1/8" in girth! It's like newbie gains all over again!

I want to experiment with how long it takes to cement gains like that in hopes that I could do the decondition/size jump in a smaller time frame. That is, if I can do it again. I guess we'll see in another 3 months or so.... LOL GOD I LOVE PE!

Lst day of week 2, cycle two. Good workouts, Injury free aka the way to be

Going to finish the week on my old routine. Next week I want to to change things up to work on girth. If I don't, I'll hit my length goal without attaining my girth goal and I'll either end up with a dick that's longer than I want it to be or one that's 8X5.5 and that to me, is simply unacceptable! ;)

The changes will be dropping to 50 jelqs and 30 V jelqs and replacing them with ulis, horse squeezes, flaccid bends and the compressor. I plan on starting quite lightly, seeing as that's quite a jump from a mild alteration of JP's 90 day to a full on advanced routine.

Also, after hitting the 6 month mark I'd like to add clamping. Doing it now I think would just over work my dick and that's the last thing I want to do.

Sunday is measuring day. I used to do it on Monday, but it seems like cheating to me to do it on a workout day. I'd rather do it on the last day of days off because it's a more realistic reflection of actual penis size. Will post gains (or lack there of) then...

At what point would you start keeping the pulls and grips at a constant ?
I mean there's only a certain degree to which you had increased it before it would get too painful right ?

Also how do you realize that you have overtrained ?
I never seem to know after a workout whether I did too much or too less.

If you're experiencing any sort of pain, you're definitely pulling or gripping way too hard. At my threshold, it's definitely not what I would describe as a pleasant sensation but it's also far from painful.

I found (atleast with jelqing) that you cans see the part of your manhood above your hands is a preview of greatness to come. Once it's that size, you're VERY close to that threshold. If you see tiny red dots appearing on your dick as you jelq (burst blood vessels much the same as if your were to pinch yourself really hard), then you've crossed that threshold and you need to back off considerably for the remainder of your workout and make sure they're not there before you do another workout.

The two times I overtrained, the tell-tale signs for me were A: I got what looked like a hicky on the side of my dick and B: It turtled big time after the workout.

The way I see it, if you just spent X minutes forcing blood into your dick and after it goes smaller than what your regular flaccid is, you've probably pushed things a bit too far.

Just push yourself a tiny bit more each week and be mindful of anything irregular after a workout and you should be fine.

I do stress not to push yourself a lot more each week though because eventually, you will cross the line.

Work hard and work safe and that thing WILL grow :)

Well it seems that the jump in work out intensity was too much because halfway through I saw the dreaded red dots of lore... Stopped the work out immediately and will check back tomorrow to see if they're gone. it looks like I have to start this program REALLY light. My johnson isn't used to being manipulated strictly for girth gains yet. But it will be, oh yes... It will be :)
