Ok so here's the timeline and measurements thus far.
Starting measurements (May 2, 2011):
BPEL- 5 15/16"
EG- 4 15/16"
July 25
BPEL- 6 7/8"
EG- 5 1/4"
Aug. 14, 2011 (today)
BPEL- 7 1/4"
EG- 5 3/8"
So here's what worked for me:
I started with JP's 90 day routine, 5 days on, 2 days off. I warmed up by sacrificing a tall glass that I could fill with the hottest water my dick can take and pressing it onto my manhood until cool and repeating for at least 12, preferably 15 minutes. I would use a rice sock but I'm a chef and I detest microwaves. Cool down the same way but for 8-10 minutes.
Each week I would incrementally up the intensity of my workout and by that, I mean pull a bit harder when stretching, grip tighter when jelqing and hold the jelqs for longer. I overtrained 2 times and had to take a 4 day break each time before I got a good sense of how much I can increase the workload each week.
Oh and another thing I forgot to mention is after reading an article on this site about LOT (loss of tug), I determined mine was down, so I jelq standing with my dick pointing nearly straight up
After 3 weeks, I added tunica tugs during my stretching. 4 sets of 20 seconds.
After 8 weeks I added flaccid bends to my workout. 1 stretch in each direction, again 20 seconds each
Also, during the week (though not regimented like my workouts) I would edge about 3-4 times. I workout Mon.-Fri. so my rule is unless I'm having sex, I wouldn't allow my self to orgasm until the weekend as a sort of reward for all the hard work.
In between May 2 and July 5, I did 80-85% of my gaining in the first two weeks. Newbie gains of course. By the twelfth week, I was lucky to gain 1/16" in any direction in a week and I noticed that my dick was starting to tolerate some REALLY hot water. I an effort to reproduce some previous success with quick gaining and make my dick sensitive to heat again, I deconditioned for 2 weeks.
Upon starting PE back up a week ago today, it looks like taking that time off paid dividends big time because in the past week I picked up 3/8" in length and 1/8" in girth! It's like newbie gains all over again!
I want to experiment with how long it takes to cement gains like that in hopes that I could do the decondition/size jump in a smaller time frame. That is, if I can do it again. I guess we'll see in another 3 months or so.... LOL GOD I LOVE PE!
