After starting the JP90 for 5 days on and 2 days off, I realized that it was too stressful for my penis after my EQ suffered greatly. I have decided to switch up my routine to a lighter one with 2 days on and 1 day off. In less than a week, my BPFSL has increased nearly .5" but those are the ONLY gains I have seen. My penis also feels "harder" flaccid than normal. Should I continue this routine or is it still too rigorous?

How long have you be doing your routine?

I have been on my current routine for 5 days. I just finished my session, and it seems as though I'm having a hard time trying to find what's going to work for me. My EQ is down again. I suppose it's only trial and error from here.

No when did you start? Weeks, months?

I first started the JP90 in the middle of July. Did the routine for a couple weeks, noticed that my erections were shorter, and took a few days off. I browsed the forums for other successful routines and started my own based on the TGC theory. I started my new routine Monday of this week.

Be gentle and give it time.

Continue with JP's 90 and you should see flaccid gain soon. Hard flaccid is not a good sign; do not jelq with tight grip.
Also, 5 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off schedule really doesn't matter to me; I have used both and decided to stick with 5/2.

Yeah lighten grip. Works for me even though it feels like you're not doing much
