By the way my symptoms are:

Rigid feeling glans when flaccid
loss of sensation in flaccid, to a good extent
no erections without direct stimulation
weaker erections
no morning wood

You might be fine, just rest up and maybe try some of KP's 5G's for better circulation.

You know right after the L.A.S stretches, the head of my penis felt really cold, like a sudden freezing sensation. I think thats what did it. You know you guys are the only pillars of support i have, thats why i obsess here. Thanks for all your help. Is there anything I should be doing? Ill do the 5 G's.

oh and ive also noticed that i can cum without getting fully hard. I cum without even getting the chance to become hard i should say. And the vein that runs up the top of the penis and branches out before the glans. That vein gets really big and engorged.

Alright, so some back story. I had a couple surgeries this summer which caused complete lack of sensation of my penis after the first surgery and partial lack of sensation from the second. The reason behind this was because during long surgeries with your legs spread-I had some hip surgery and not replaced hips- nerves can be aggravated and sensation can be lost.

Basically, if you do the L.A.S's for a long enough time, this may be able to happen. GOOD NEWS is the nerves will "reprogram" themselves and sensation will come back. Possible bad news is that it could take a significant amount of time. Now, considering you probably didn't affect the nerves for 4 hours like my surgery, and that this is what is wrong with you (I have no idea of knowing for sure), then I would assume you would get normal feeling back into your penis in around 2 weeks max.

My doctor said it is normal for this to happen after a surgery like I had had and only said it would last around a week. Although this is true, going off completely no feeling after my first surgery, I didn't regain COMPLETE feeling in my penis for around a MONTH. Now I know this sounds discouraging, and it may be, but considering what I think you may be dealing with, I don't think you will have to worry about the full month.

Also, everyone and their nerves are going to be slightly different. This is my opinion, hope it brings you to ease. My best advice is to relax from your exercises until you can completely feel your penis and to give it around 2 weeks AT LEAST. No need to get stressed because that never helps.

P.S.-When I started to feel part of my penis but still couldn't get a full erection, I could cum as well. Food for thought!

Hopefully all works out well!

Still no luck getting it up. Just will not happen. I dont know if you guys experience this, but before when i would push down on my glans when i was flaccid, i would feel this sudden "shock" in my penis, which would jolt it into action, i dont feel that right now. its been 5 days since the injury and nothing. I get morning wood, but it is still extremely weak, and no luck getting an erection when my girl kisses me. i dont get it. I have a good amount of sensation in my penis, but its like my brain and my penis are not talking to each other. driving me crazy.

Just got back from the Urologist:

He asked what happened, I explained for maybe a few minutes, he turned around and said ok I'm gonna give you medication, and BAM. Viagra. He told me to drop my pants, just stretched it and that's it. I said what do you think it is. He said you pulled a nerve and damaged it. It will take several weeks up to two months. All of that from just hearing what I said and then looking at my penis. No tests, no X-rays, no nothing. It all took 5 minutes. So much for visiting the URO. Now I'm back to square one.

Just give it a rest, do warm heat wraps every few times a day and lay off of it and see what happens in the next few weeks, there no magicial pills that can help you, give your body a chance to heal itself, and the lack of erections without stimulation is most likely in your head because your worrying about it.

Hey Steve

Thanks for the response. I have been really resting my penis. No PE, No masturbation, But no sex is the most difficult now. As I have just recently started dating this girl and we would have frequent sex and now all of a sudden I've withdrawn and she must be starting to think that somethings not right. Well I'm just disappointed because I was expecting the Uro to at least tell me something.

Yeah some/most? uro's seem to just not care or too busy to care or who knows and toss everyone viagra. Well if you like the girl you should really tell her your problem or that your having a problem.

Hey Steve

Its just way too soon to tell a girl that I've just started dating that I can't get my thing up, let alone how It happened. I'm just waiting it out and hoping that time will heal my penis as it seems to heal almost everything else in life.

The uro has a lot of experience dealing with damaged dicks. Chances are good he properly diagnosed the problem based on your description and feeling your stretched out penis. Follow his directions and give it a months rest. Seems to be the consensus of the responding members as well.

Will you keep the forum updated on the injury...I'm experiencing almost the same thing. I just started dating a girl as well. The symptoms listed on page one are all my symptoms and I'm hoping time will heal this sh*t. Was actually thinking ab seeing a urologist too... but I might wait it out. Did he say it would completely heal and that he'd seen it before?

Hey fuckna:

Sorry to hear youre having a problem similar to me. Do you mind me asking how it happened? How long ago it happened? I will be sure to keep you posted on any thing that happens. The urologist was very inattentive or at least thats what it felt like. He immediately prescribed viagra and told me that I've pulled the nerve while stretching my penis. He said it will take "several weeks" to a month or a month and half for the nerve to get better. Those are his words. That is what is getting my confused. I have read mainly on the internet about people saying nerves dont heal. However many times i have heard people mention how urologists confirmed and/or said that nerves will heal and get better with time. I do not know which is true at this point. But I am thinking I have suffered nerve damage. I hope I did not doom myself for life.

Hey not2big:

Thanks for your response. I do believe that the Uro has seen a lot of cases over the years, as he has 37 years of experience. But i just wish he put in just a little bit more time and would at least ask me a few more questions before tossing me the viagra. Now I'm debating whether I should take it like he said.

I have ED as a result of diabetes and I rely on Viagra to get an erection. I have sometimes needed 100 mg plus a cock ring. I am recommending that you try the Viagra after a few more days rest and I am mentioning my situation because even at 100 mg, I have not experienced much in the way of side effects other than a slight increase in heart rate and some flushing of my face. However, each individual reacts differently so I recommend you take no more than 25 mg. If the doc gave you 50 mg pills, be sure to cut them in half. If the Viagra gives you a nice erection, than you will know that your problem is only temporary.
