Is the Erection Quality the same through out all of the photographs? The first one in particular does not appear to be as vascular.

Great pictures though, everyone should follow in your footsteps with this method.

Insecure, even if the EQ is less in the first picture maybe that's proof PE improves EQ? I know improved EQ is one of my motivations for PE'ing. I'll take the confidence boost any way it comes (no pun) :D

I am just asking because if the majority of the gains came from EQ then it doesn't really bode well for those of us who have a high EQ to begin with.

Another concern I have with many people who gain a good amount is that they seem to lose large amounts of weight at the same time. The second scenario does not seem to be the case here.

BackMask: yes, 2-3min. sometimes i reached the ponr, most times not, but that's not important.
i discern balloning from edging. in my opinion balloning is good for a better blood flow with
"fresh" blood after the workout - which is healthy, good for the healing process and also prevents
discoloration. i didn't exercised it for lasting longer in bed ;)

Insecure & mbattaglia89: "Is the Erection Quality the same through out all of the photographs?" of course not. ever tried to make correct, sharp and almost identically pictures of your dick at 100% erection quality? to say it's very hard, would sound as ironically as it truly is.

beside, mbattaglia89 is right, pe does really improves the eq, but in my opionion it's not possible to gain through eq improvement - well i certainly know that i haven't "gained" size through a better eq.

the only thing you might see, is that it was easier for me to hold the 100% erection..

by the way: while i was starting with pe i've lost weight.. round about 10 kg in 6 months.
but if you take a look at my chart, the differnce between bpel and nbpel is the whole time the same.. ;)

beginners routine I - splitted - 5on2off

~17°° under the shower
- 5min warmup (hot water, massage)
- 10min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
- 5min cool down (hot water, massage)
- 2-3min ballooning

~21°°
- 5min warmup (infrared lamp, massage)
- 15min basic-stretches in all directions
- 5min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
- 5-10min cool down (infrared lamp, massage)
- 5-10min ballooning
Can someone explain what the underlined means?

did you masturbate after or before the pe sessions? I asking becuz I hear masturbating can hinder gains, and I think thats the case for me.
