i discern balloning from edging. in my opinion balloning is good for a better blood flow with
"fresh" blood after the workout - which is healthy, good for the healing process and also prevents
discoloration. i didn't exercised it for lasting longer in bed

beside, mbattaglia89 is right, pe does really improves the eq, but in my opionion it's not possible to gain through eq improvement - well i certainly know that i haven't "gained" size through a better eq.
the only thing you might see, is that it was easier for me to hold the 100% erection..
by the way: while i was starting with pe i've lost weight.. round about 10 kg in 6 months.
but if you take a look at my chart, the differnce between bpel and nbpel is the whole time the same..
