I wasnt really sure where to post this. Well, i've gathered a lot of info online, and nothing really important. So, i thought you guys might have some new view of the subject. Heres the story.

Im 18. I masturbate ever since I was 11 or something and were always able to ejaculate with no problems. I still can, I mean, if im masturbating.

I have had sex with 2 girls. First one was just an affair, I was totally drunk and didnt ejaculate. However, since it was my first fuck ever, i was drunk, i wasnt worried bout not cummin

The thing is Im in a relationship for almost one year now, Ive been fucking her for over 10 months and NOTHING. I simply cant. I mean i dont even get near there.

I get excited, she is very hot, when she comes to my place I cant control myself and just jump over her (so its not a problem of atraction), Im very confortable with her, lots of intimacy, plus 10 months of fucking a lot cant possibly be that "im nervous" (as suggested other times) .

Im not THAAT worried since people say this is more of a gift then a problem. However, Im curious and starting to get mad (so is she, she thinks its her problem) and i really wanted to cum while having sex.

So, what do you think? Is intensive therapy the only solution?

Stop masturbating, stop using a tight grip. Try to fuck her on the 5th or 6th day after no wanking. Do not masturbate in the prone position if you really must wack it.

I have been having some problems like this every since my wife started orgasming during sex. I do orgasm it just not 100% of the time and sometimes it can take me a while (20- 40 mins). I think that her orgasm is too much of a distraction and I lose focus. Sometimes its her orgasm that does make me go but most of the time it works the other way. Does your girlfriend orgasm during sex? Maybe we have a similiar issue. I also had a 2 night stand with this one girl when I was younger and hornier than hell and could not ejaculate either time after multiple attempts both times. She was petite and maybe actually too tight and I remember losing lubrication so that may have been it.

What's good G?

Question: how often do you jack your junk? You could be draining your nads. Well put it this way, even if you jack multiple times a day, you should still be able to produce a little something. Do you do vitamins? Vitamin E is very good for building up the juice; but no more than 400 mgs a day. More could be harmful healthwise. Lay off your pole for a few days, hit the vitamins, then try to bust off with your girl.

I dont think i masturbate that much. One everyday, maybe once every two days. I've tried staying a long time but my record was 4 days lol. Il try to stay longer.

Yes she always has not one, but like 10 orgasms since we can keep fucking forever.

And we usually stop when she complains of pain. Im not that big yet (havent measured my girth, im 6 BPEL) so the pain comes from the long time fucking.

G-
try the vitamins, hit the vitamin E, and give the nads a bit of time to load up. Try different positions where you stimulate the nerves around the crown. I bet you'll hit the mark then. Variety is the spice of life!!!

I would say try abstaining from masturbation for a bit and see what results you get. Sucks not to cum during sex, that's part of the fun of it..

This is called delayed ejaculation and I had it for many years, when with a partner but not solo, similar to yourself.

1. Try this as a starting point , when you have finished having sex ,jerk off while she is there ,get comfortable ejaculating in her presence.
2. Over time you should reduce the tightness of your grip when jerking off, too tight a grip is a common issue.
3. Take notice of what is going on in your pelvic floor ,you may find you are holding a light continous reverse kegel which is preventing ejaculation. You may need to conciously relax the reverse and add deliberate kegels.
4. When you are trying to ejaculate in her it may help to abstain from ejaculation as long as possible beforehand.
5. Anxiety is usually implicated in DE.
