I started doing V-jelqs today that I haven't for months .
I may restart JP's routine again from looking at your log .

How much weight have you lost ?
I was doing P90X and lost 18 lbs . and have kept it off .
Now 168 lbs .
Going to the club helps a lot . And I applaud you staying away from HFCS .

Had another great session today after waking up with a morning wood!

20 minute warm up with rice sock
Basic streches in all directions for 45 Kegals followed by Big circles
Bundled stretch in each direction for 30 Kegals
1 more set of big circles
1 tunica tug for 45 seconds
Jelqing
-5 under hand
-5 over hand
-5 under hand
-5 over hand
-5 V Jelqs
20 minutes Lazy Ass Streches
Might do few minutes of edging in the shower...I don't have much time :(

I'm excited to see my girlfriend today!!! :) I bet she'll like the flaccid hang ;)

I've had a great day with my flaccid hang and I'm pumped for my routine tonight!

Does anyone know though if it is better to do PE before a workout or vice versa? I'm going to look for an answer around the forum but if anyone knows if one is better than the other, let me know :)

I've been on a role with my workouts lately and I think it's all because of my changes :)

15 minute warm up with rice sock
Basic streches in all directions for 45 Kegals followed by Big circles
2 tunica tugs for 30 seconds
Bundled stretch in each direction for 30 Kegals
1 more set of big circles
2 tunica tug for 30 seconds
Jelqing minutes
-5 under hand
-5 over hand
-5 under hand
-5 over hand
-5 V Jelqs
45 minutes ballooning
20 minutes Lazy Ass Streches

My EQ was really high during my ballooning and I thought I looked a little bigger too :)

OFF TO BED FOWFERS!!! ;)

I honestly don't really like doing PE right after hitting the gym cause I turtle after working out. So I wait a few hours for it go back to normal flaccid. But I guess if I did a warmup, that would get rid of the turtling anyways. Maybe I'll do it after hitting the gym one of these days

I turtle also but I take a hot shower when I got home and then do a 15 minute warm up with a rice sock. Plus, I drink a protein shake when I get home and I think whey protein can help a little bit with PE.

looks like your getting into the bundled stretches, they are great.

Thanks man. I've really been pushing myself lately. And the bundled streches really are great. Especially after tunica tugs.

I took today as a rest day but I still did Lazy Ass Streches and fowfers throughout the day. Really enjoying the flaccid! Going to the gym tomorrow morning and then...I hit the PE gym :D

I have been on my log for 3 days which is pretty lame so here is what I've done for the past three days.

Day 1
20 minute warm up with your rice sock
Basic streches in each direction for 45 kegels followed by ten big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Bundled strech in each direction for 45 kegels followed by 5 big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Jelqing minutes:
- 5 Underhand OK downward
- 5 Overhand OK
- 5 V jelq
- 5 Underhand OK Downward
- 5 Underhand OK
- 5 V jelq
30 minutes edge

Day 2
I wasn't feeling good so I took a rest day

Day 3 (same as day 1)
20 minute warm up with your rice sock
Basic streches in each direction for 45 kegels followed by ten big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Bundled strech in each direction for 45 kegels followed by 5 big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Jelqing minutes:
- 5 Underhand OK downward

I started jelqing downward a few days ago and it feels a lot better formy underhand OK grip jelqs. I think I'm starting to see more gains! :D Only another month till my birthday and my next measurement :)

So for almost the past week I've been busy every other day so I've been doing a 1 on 1 off type of routine. I'm kinda liking it but I much prefer the 2 on and 1 off.

Yesterday was a rest day and my flaccid was pretty good. I've been waking up with morning wood which is always fun LOL :D I'm going to head to the gym right now and then I'll start my routine when I get back....Actually wait, reverse that ;)

TO THE WARM UP RICE SOCK!

Hey Raider, I have a quesion, Have your balls ever hurt after ballooning/edging? I havent ejaculated in a week, I've been doing this since i started pe, and haven't had any probelms until yesterday, I didn't ejaculate after my balloning/edging after 20 minutes and my balls were sore, later on I ejaculated to see if I would feel better ,but it feels the same. It's like some1 kickd me in the balls. Is this what they call BLUE BALLS???

I have been feeling really uncomfortable PEing with hemmorroids so I;ve been taking it very easy. I've only had 2 or 3 sessions in the past week and I actually still have a good sore feeling even though my last workout was the day before yesterday.
