I have been on my log for 3 days which is pretty lame so here is what I've done for the past three days.
Day 1
20 minute warm up with your rice sock
Basic streches in each direction for 45 kegels followed by ten big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Bundled strech in each direction for 45 kegels followed by 5 big circles
Two Tunica tugs for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Jelqing minutes:
- 5 Underhand OK downward
- 5 Overhand OK
- 5 V jelq
- 5 Underhand OK Downward
- 5 Underhand OK
- 5 V jelq
30 minutes edge
Day 2
I wasn't feeling good so I took a rest day
Day 3 (same as day 1)

I started jelqing downward a few days ago and it feels a lot better formy underhand OK grip jelqs. I think I'm starting to see more gains!
