Whats the best tunica exercises? I hear these really work girth.

Tunica Tug? Its just like a stretch, except you hold the base of your penis while you do it. Be careful with how much you pull though, it can be deceptively intense.

This is how kingpole describes it:

Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans. Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the tunica. This is a great exercise for Girth.

i love how it says, "Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can", if i did that i would rip my fuckin dick right off! who knows maybe some don't have the strength to do that but i can tell you if i wanted to i could probably punch my fist through my freakin skull aaahahahaha... and no, i won't do it!

When I was doing tunica tugs, I'd grab below the head & near the center of my penis & stretch in opposite directions. Then grab & the base & in the center & repeat. I pulled lightly & held each stretch for 30 seconds. You'll know if you doing it right if you feel a slight burn in the area while you stretch. When you're done IT SHOULD NOT HURT! if it did, you pulled to hard. Hope that helped :^)

Yup, tunica tugs are great! Although I think tunica work is more aimed towards length gains, whereas smooth muscle is for girth. I've really been focusing on my tunica for about 2 months and have seen some nice length gains. Basically at the end of every jelq, I do a 10-second tunica tug. You really feel it after jelqing for 45 minutes!
