Leaky pump fix without shaving?

I been using a Boston contour pump off and on for about 3 months now. I'm really bad at using it with any constant schedule. Time to get serious about it cause I want some more girth damn. Lol anyway, my problem is that the pump leaks. Is there anyway, to improve suction with shaving my hair?

try ptting vaseline on the flange or bottom of your cylinder, if that doesnt do it youll have to trim or give up pumping.
I have to shave or I get a crapy seal, also make sure your fitting on top of cylinder is tight

Vaseline worked. Hard to get it off tho lol.
