This few times I've masturbated I've came is 7 mins or 20 mins or got tired and didn't come at all I'm usually coming around the 20 min mark or not at all is this good I've been involuntary kegeling through out the days recently but I make an effort to counter reverse kegel is this good or bad

Also I've been drinking nothing but water and cranberry juice I don't know if its helping or not tho just throwing that out there

Well I use to watch porn a lot so it use to be fast and when I actually had sex about 20 to 30 secs

Is that 20 min with or without lube? Cuz I found using lube decreased my masturbation time from like an hour to under 2 minutes.

That's why most Ejaculation manuals recommend using lube because it more closely resembles the sitmulation received during actual sex. Try slowing down with the lube to get yourself desensitized or using start/stop to keep your arousal level around 5 -7. Add in some slow abdominal breathing to keep you from tensing up. Practice!
That's where I'm at also so will report gains.

Alright, yeah keep me updated oldrocker, I'm trying to keep my mind off masturbating also while I am masturbating if that makes any sense ha I will sometimes play Ames on my phone. But other times I try to focus on how my body is reacting and trying to visualize the pleasure spreading thru my body.

Today I masturbated for about 14 mins and held a light kegal for 11 of those 14 mins I was at the PONR for 5 mins at the end and had to stop like twice towards the end. the last time I tried to hold a reverse kegel but it didn't really help I think my problem may be kegeling, sensitivity and stamina. If I find a way to stop those involuntary kegels I will be ok

You held a kegel for 11 minutes while masturbating? That sounds like your problem right there. I hope u meant REVERSE kegel.
You need to train yourself to do reverse Kegels correctly and with rest days.

Yes I think I held. An involuntary kegel for most of the 14 mins and when I tried to reverse kegel it didn't help. I still haven't got the reverse kegels down but I'm trying

Your second method, letting the energy spread throughout your body is recommended. Playing games is a distraction which helps but feeling the energy is more of an imerssion into your sensations and a method of becoming more self aware of your bodys sexual response and will assist you in recognizing your arousal level(s). It's also a game but has direct benefits by teaching you where you are at and then you can practice remaining at a certain level for longer periods (plateauing). Moving down a level (slowing down stimulation, abdominal breathing, triangular breathing and reverse kegels ,(if they are effective for you) and up a level (peaking). Once you can master this (it takes practice for your brain to rewire to these longer periods of stimulation and still not keer reaching for PONR). This is supposed to be a progressive exercise which once mastered will allow you to move closer and close to PONR, thereby heightening arousal but still being present with the feelings and not lost in them. This is my current practice and I'm seeing some remarkable gains on a consistant basis. Also, see JamesMonroe's posts on ballooning and advanced ballooning. I've found ballooning is a great way to become sensatized to stimulation and letting it disipate through your body without the overstimulation effects one often experiences when masturbating and edging. So I put ballooning down as a technique to learn to apply prior to learning edging; contrary to many recommendations posted here.

Give it a try and see if it works for you. Also, read through the "implications" thread here for a thorough discussion of the pros and cons of Reverse Kegels.

Keep at it; you are making progress and that will give you positive feedback to continue your training. Failure is not messing up (that's learning), it's giving up!

I read the implication thread how do you spread the sensation through your whole body. I'm trying to focus on reverse kegels more but once I'm doing an involuntary kegel its hard to reverse

Good question! When you move your hand up the shaft, or are on the pulling out stroke, inhale (slowly) and let the feeling just sort of move up your body from your perenium (also called Taint) up your spine to the crown of your head. Let it just be there for a second or two, then as you exhale (slowly) moving your hand down the shaft, or thrusing in, let the energy flow back down from your head to your perenium and even beyond. Sometimes when I get into a flow doing this I even get a glow all the way down to my toes.

It takes a little practice to recognize it and as you do the suptle sensations get more pronounced. Let me know if you have any positive results.

The reverse kegel is also somewhat suptle; not intense like a strong kegel. I like to think of it as a kegel being the muscle flex (tightening) and the reverse being the muscle relax (loosening/expanding). Think of it as a release.

Does anyone here have an alternative description that might give Bobbyj some more insight? Sometimes a different discription helps others perceptions.

Ok so today I masturbated for about 40 mins I made sure to reverse kegel a few times and hard kegel a couple I was very relaxed and tried to focus on breathing a couple times but I didn't reach the ponr once and I didn't cum was this a wasted session?

I was sitting in a chair most of the time but when stood up or got on my knees facing forward I notice my penis got extremely hard but still no ponr I wasn't really aroused and I played with my self to get hard any comments?

No this was not a wasted session what did you learn?
Do a kegel routine seperate from sex/mas with a high reverse kegel %.

Very good session! Try to only ejaculate every 3 or 4 times. It is great training and very empowering. The fact that you had no PONRs could be many factors. Maybe u got a lot of sleep the night before, you were not stimulating your head enough, you did reverse Kegels before masturbation, you are very good at reverse kegeling, etc....
I would say don't sit in a chair. It puts pressure on the prostate and you don't want your body to get used to that pressure while masturbating. I think that and watching porn and ejaculating too quick is what gave me prem ejac.

And stop doing/holding regular Kegels during masturbation/sex. Only do them at the PONRs if you are good at them and they dont make u ejaculate. Do them mostly alone as a separate exercise. Reverse Kegels are ok during masturbation and sex. Some guys can hold them the whole time or almost, but I suggest holding a light one at all times and do hard ones at PONRs. I can stop ejaculation right away and easily with a hard reverse kegel. Stopping all stimulation at that point helps a great deal. Unfortunately, regular Kegels make me ejaculate very quickly.

So if not sitting down how should I masturbate? I usually masturbate when I'm horny but today I was very relaxed and on soft when I started. I worked my way up and I could not cum but I felt some pre cum once I stop like 2 mins later but the last 2 days my involuntary kegels been down so that can be it
