Exactly, except for the laughing about jokes and smiling, because people do that, also guys, so it wouldn't count as a sign because it's impossible to tell.
One thing that has happened is that some girls thought I like them and they didn't seem to like it. Don't know why they thought that though .

You have to go around feeling girls crotch area and when you get out of hospital you will be able to call the one with a sweaty minge.

You have nver had a positive post, if you think negatively all the time you will never see any of the signs on that list. You have got to have something going for you? You said in a post that girls had laughed when you told jokes and so did the guys, that is a good thing. I have seen some ugly ass dudes pull amazing women just because they had a sense of humor, who cares why they laugh, if you make em laugh you have a way to thier hearts, trust me.
next time you get a gal to laugh, start a conversation with her, she doesnt go for it so what, by the sounds of things your not getting any now so what do you have to lose. There is a girl out there who will like you.
There is a wierd thing I have noticed. Girls that have boyfriends are nicer to me and more often laugh about my jokes, also they use to initate conversation themselves. Girls that don't have a boyfriends have much worse attitude, they rarely laugh, respond very shortly or flat out ignore me.
And secondly, there's a possibility that I wouldn't like the girl that likes me.
And I was joking about the wallet.

If you come off as a creep, or a weirdo, girls generally don't respond well.
I do agree women who are taken are generally more comfortable with themselves because they don't have to put themselves on display in search of a guy, so they're far more open to conversation.

I just use my sense of humor. Girls seem to like that.
I'm not super attractive or anything... I get cute compliments a lot, plus girls like petting my head because my hair is ridiculously soft (no conditioner, hehehe).
Mostly they are attracted to me being me. Always be yourself, it's just easier.

No, yourself is you... When you try too hard to impress a girl, you're a weirdo/creep. There's no such thing as a creep to me. Just guys who try too hard and fail.
If you're comfortable, you can say something silly and witty and they like it. Hell you can say something completely stupid and they'll look at you and see if you're capable of saying it without caring. That's what confidence does for you. Not false confidence, but real confidence.

You know some pretty weird girls LOOOL. All the girls I know always show me these signs whether they are in a relationship or single. I'm not saying I'm Gods gift to women and of course the girls in a relationship don't over do it to the point where they would endanger their relationship.
Girls who are single never ignore me or any other guy. It depends on the girl but thats what I've been experiencing.
To any man who tries hard to impress a girl then you're setting yourself up for a big fall because not only are you not being yourself, you're also going to be giving the woman more expectations.
But everyone says "Be yourself!".
Look, you're probably also dealing with a lot of younger women who are very immature. As you get older and hang with an older crowd you'll find a better class of women out there. Any woman who thinks you're 'weird' isn't a woman you want to be around anyway.
And what I meant earlier about "certainty" is that we wire our brains to meet our expectations. If you 'expect' a girl to be negative towards you, you will do subtle things (that you may not even notice) to make sure that happens. This is because the brain likes certainty. So it fulfills your expectations of girls being negative towards you.
It's a difficult cycle to break, the pathways in the brain have been established over years of programming to reinforce this behavior. To change, you must interrupt this cycle.
This will take you time to do. But quite obviously you're someone willing to spend a great deal of time and effort to improve yourself or you wouldn't be on this site. That's why I'm taking the time to tell you this.
Much of this you can look up for yourself. Just google it.
You have a few ways to go with women:
- You can learn about pickup artistry (PUA), you've probably heard of this. It's a technique-driven way of approaching women and getting them (some would say mentally forcing them) to like you. You have to get out of your comfort zone, and commit time, effort and money. To get really successful you will have to go and practice. The results are dependent on your level of commitment. This is probably not a long-term method but seems to produce incredible success stories with people who started off originally having no self-confidence.
- You can change yourself. First thing you can do is to change the pattern of your thinking. Anytime a negative thought comes in your head about yourself you need to interrupt this thought, break the pathways in the brain that foster these thoughts. This is not mumbo-jumbo, it's self-programming. Others call in NLP (neuro linguistic programming). That's just the start, then you need to build up pathways that reinforce positive views of yourself. Remember: the current programming in your head that makes you negative is your enemy. Think of it as a battle in your head. With time and effort you can win it.
- You can do nothing. This will give you certainty, it is comfortable because you know what to expect. Your brain wiring will tell you negative things, and look for or, more likely, make up crap to reinforce it. There will never be any surprises here, nor will there be any growth. You will perceive women as desirable but always completely out of your reach.
