I know the topic of edging/ballooning has been beaten to death, but I am here to revive it once more I'm afraid.
Actually, I've been doing my homework, reading various posts on the forums regarding both of these exercises. I would like to have some light shed on them though for those of you who aren't exasperated of answering questions about the two!
So, regarding Edging, let me be sure I have this straight:
Edging is the practice of typical masturbation, followed by kegeling when one reaches the PONR to hold back ejaculation, then letting it subside for a minute or two, and repeating. My main question here is: has edging proven to increase gains? Or is it SOLELY a stamina exercise?
Then there's ballooning. I understand that it's intention is to increase gains, but the practice of it is over my head. Ballooning = rubbing the tip of the head - or the "sweet spot" - for a long duration of time to achieve climax, like edging, no?
