Yes, it's true. The fat pad will decrease thus showing more of your penis.

In a word, yes. I lost a fair bit of weight this year and I'm currently about 75kg (@ 183cm), and I have definitely noticed a difference.

Hmmm... The thing is I have a gut now because I fractured my leg and haven't worked out in 3 months and let myself go .I use to have a six pack. I lose and gain weight easily, now I'm %100 healthy and will lose this fat off, actually fracturing my leg is what got me into pe exercises. Before I was only using the extender and believed that working out the penis was just bs, but since I'm a gym freak and I wasnt working out I got into pe exercises and have seen 1/4 in el gain in 3 1/2 weeks, so fracturing my leg was a blessing in disguise. Also I had a cousin who gained 1.35 in el in 2 months and 3weeks so being stuck in the house most of the time and motivation from my cousins gains has gotten me to where im at today. I haven't measured since last week but already feel I made more gains. Maybe it's just the positive thinking I do, it works for me in life so I applied it to pe and it's working and with no doubt do I believe I will achieve my first inch in three months whether that sounds unrealistic to anyone I dont care, I've always been competitive in everything I've done, and there's no way I'll let my lil cousin beat me . I know everyone grows at different paces but it's more of a positive thought process I have.

I will,I'm just saying I won't be surprised if I achieve an inch in 2 or 3 months, but I won't be disappointed if it takes me 6 or 8 months either.

I dropped around 30 pounds in the past 4 or 5 months and while I haven't noticed my weight loss showing up in measurements, it LOOKS better when I look at it in a mirror. So I've noticed a difference there, but not on the ruler so much. I wasn't terribly heavy even before I started losing weight though, so I would guess for guys that are more overweight and then drop a significant amount of weight the visual results might be greater.

Wow 30lbs ???? That's a lot, congratulations , I'm looking to lose 20lbs, I lost 20lbs before in 6 weeks using cardio video workouts. The thing is my bpel is about .5 inches longer than my nbpel so if lose weight maybe more of that .5 inch will show, that's a major gain even if an extra .25 inches show.

It will look bigger, but won;t actually grow bigger. It will make sex more pleasurable for both parties as well.

I don't know how much I lost. May be 7-10kg (15-22lbs)... But like I said there is a definite difference. I have been eating healthily basically all year. I run/work out every second day, and I play football (soccer) on weekends and I don't drink or smoke. All this, plus PE has made a big difference for me.
