My new routine (starting next month... June 5th):
10 minutes of overhand jeqling. 10 minutes underhand. 5 minutes of v-jelqs. 5 minutes upside down v-jelqs.
Every other day squeezes
Starting with uli's only at first and building up to doing more. Ulis will be for 15 seconds to start (first week). Sets of four.
Gonna do this five days a week. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Kegels are M,W,F. Squeezes are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Before jelqs there will be a very light stretch session. Two sets of 15 second holds in each direction and 5 circular stretches each way after that.
Kegels are in the morning... every time it will be after work. Warm up and do my stretches in the shower, then jelq in my room. I like doing fowfers for about 5 minutes before jelqing as well.

My goal is to get to 5.75" girth by the end of the summer.

Last day of PE until June 5th was today. Kegels starting back up today. Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday are regular. Tuesday, Saturday are reverse. Wednesday is a day off.

Great way to end. Didn't stretch very much. Did a light session not unlike what I'm going to be doing soon. Jelqs felt awesome, although a bit too flaccid at times. 10-20% erect. Edged for half an hour.
Post PE:
Morning wood, and quite horny today. Hang is good. Long as normal but fat as hell.

Gonna take these next two weeks to get back into my kegel routine (haven't missed a day yet) and get back to working out and eating healthier. Specifically eating less at night. I seem to eat too much before bed. Gonna limit that to a snack... like a granola bar and a piece of fruit or something.

Good luck on your gains too NP97!! I too need to start to get back in shape then I could finally achieve that 8'' mark everyone wants . I'm so close to it but not quite there.

Both gotta bust our asses.

I also am gonna try measuring another way as well. PE has made my upwards curve more pronounced (which I like) especially since my gains have slowed. I measured my BPEL the other night and just can't have lost as much as I did. It read barely 8.25" and I was 8.4ish" last time I measured. So I gotta find a tape around here somewhere.
I had always pretty much ignored the curve, I guess I can't now, lol.

Either way I did measure for the hell of it. 7.5"NBPEL and 8.5" BPEL. Awesome.
So my fat pad has gone from .5"-.75" basically. I started working out again last week. Running starts tomorrow. I'm cutting back on smoking (only at work, while driving, and drinking) I want to quit while driving next, then at work, then when drinking (toughest). Weening myself off them pretty much. Will save me money. A lot of money.

Gonna measure again this Friday or Saturday. Will be a more 'official' one.

Girth routine starting on the 5th, like I said. Can't wait.

NP97, Congrats on your gains man. The only thing I need clarification is your fat was .5'' and now it is 1'' right?? . Good Luck on more gains to come man!! Now I need to get more motivated yop just inspired me again with your success man.

Plus I just started a new job that has been a 80+ hrs every 2 weeks!

I feel for you on the smoking right now I only smoke at my work. I rarely smoke at home. But when I start to drink I need a cig with the drink . Good luck man!

I wrote that wrong. It was .5" when I started. It's closer to .75" now. So if I can get it back down to my start, fantastic. Maybe less even. We'll see.

Kegels are in the morning... if I'm busy at night I'll do it in the morning. Warm up and do my stretches in the shower, then jelq in my room. I like doing fowfers for about 5 minutes before jelqing as well.
I also do 20 JAI stretches every day before work. I like the loose feel it gives me.

My goal is to get to 5.75" girth by the end of the summer. I am working on girth for the rest of this year. Unless I get to 6".
