Gonna do this five days a week. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Kegels are M,W,F. Squeezes are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.My new routine (starting next month... June 5th):
10 minutes of overhand jeqling. 10 minutes underhand. 5 minutes of v-jelqs. 5 minutes upside down v-jelqs.
Every other day squeezes
Starting with uli's only at first and building up to doing more. Ulis will be for 15 seconds to start (first week). Sets of four.
Before jelqs there will be a very light stretch session. Two sets of 15 second holds in each direction and 5 circular stretches each way after that.
Kegels are in the morning... every time it will be after work. Warm up and do my stretches in the shower, then jelq in my room. I like doing fowfers for about 5 minutes before jelqing as well.
My goal is to get to 5.75" girth by the end of the summer.
