"That would be an orgasm, the plesurable sensation/feeling that it simmilar to the one while orgamsing while ejaculating, or in mmo corners it can be reffered as a "wave", if you can make those pleasurable sensations appear once after another before the dry orgasm or ejaculation, that is what is usually called a SOFT WAVE ORGASM, and if you use a dry orgasm as the starting point and chain several dry orgasms in a row in quick succession that is HARD WAVE ORGASM. It is refered as wave mostly because it washes over you but also to make a distinction between the traditional meaning of orgasm which includes ejaculation."
I think I read a post here of someone (cant find it back in my history) who described, when trying to DO, having the first 3 or so Dry orgasms as a light tinglish feeling, nothing too spectacular (so not really orgasms), but the 4th one being real heavy, and sticking around for at least half a minute. Would the first 3 be the "soft wave", and the real DO the start of the hard wave ?
I can relate to the tinglish feeling, but haven't had the real DO (I doubted at first, but that post made clear to me that I havent yet. Ill try to find the post.)

It is more or less a terminology issue. A dry orgasm can't be "light" (not in that sense) since you are using your pelvic floor muscles to stop the spasms that are trying to get the ejaculation out, if nothing else most of the time the first try attempts at dry orgasm are intense because people aren't used to and/or are not having a well conditioned pelvic floor muscles, only with continued practice do they become easier to preform.
A dry orgasm is a maneuver; the thing you do to stop the ejaculation, hence leaving only the orgasm, or a DRY orgasm. When there is no kegel or any motion to stop the ejaculation for occurring that isn't a DRY orgasm it is just an orgasm (that can be of lower and higer intensity depending on many factors).
An orgasm (without the dry part) that occurs one after another is usually called a SOFT WAVE(Rolling) ORGASM. And a series of a DRY ORGASMS are usually called a HARD WAVE(Rolling) orgasms.

Soft and hard are called not only because of when thy happen but how strong they are, and hard wave orgasms are much more intense then soft wave orgasms.
More often than not people are confused because the terminology is not consistent, so even though somebody is telling a correct story, somebody will understand him differently because of the terminology.
When you experience soft or hard wave orgasms you gain better understanding on just what an orgasm is and you understand that orgasm is a much broader term, and that even during sex or even during every day excitement or what-not you can and are experiencing orgasms of a very very low intensity, but only when you start to differentiate between the processes of ejaculation and orgasm you start to see that. You won't find this said anywhere explicitly because the writers and makers of dvd and what not didn't want to confuse people more with the term "orgasm" so they describe in some other way (i.e plesurable feeling/sensation etc).
Orgasm as a term is too much chained to an ejaculation (when men are in question) and very strong sensations that it has become a normal thing to view a orgasm as something that must be strong and powerful.
So bottom line.
DRY ORGASM IS WHEN YOU ARE DOING A KEGEL HOLD (or any other maneuver) IN ORDER TO STOP THE EXPULSION PART OF THE EJACULATION PROCESS AND THEREFORE EXPERIENCING JUST THE ORGASM THAT IS A PARALLEL PROCESS THAT FOLLOWS EJACULATION (in this case). (most of the time, but premature ejaculators have reported that they have had times when they ejaculated with no feeling of orgasm)
