I just got around to opening my Vac-extender modified kit (for the Andropenis).

Can anyone give me any help with fitting it? What instructiions do you have?

I'm having trouble because, for one thing it seems that the cap is too small for my head. I have to squish the glans up to fit inside and even then, part of the corona seems to just not push in. Should the head be compressed like that?

Second, where does the anti-fluid tape go? Across the meatus ('eye') or somewhere else?

How long should the plastic sleeve be? Any rules of thumb?

And what is the trick to getting that thing off? What happens when you want to take a leak? Is it a major operation?

The tape goes over the pee hole, and maybe 1/2" past it on either side.
The cap does not fit my glans completely either, I just push it in as much as possible, and when done putting the sleeve on, bleed as much air as possible (have not seen much difference from not doing this), the sleeve grips the rest of your glans.
You need to cut the sleeve in like 1/2, so it only pulls on the glans and maybe 1" just below it, this also makes it much easier to roll.
I used a permanent marker to draw a line where the bleed hole is, so its easier to line up.
Definitely dont wait until you really have to go to pee, just roll sleeve up over the cap, break the vaccum, and remove. Peel off the tape (I stick it to the plastic cap and re-use it). I do some helicopter shakes to get as much pee as possible out of my penis, you want it dry to apply the tape.
Once you have used a sleeve for a while, it becomes much easier to roll, also because you cut it in 1/2.
It takes extra rods as compared to a regular extender, I extend until I cant compress the extender down any more (by pushing down with your hand), at this point the springs are compressed, and the pull is coming completely from the threaded rods, no more spring, and then you can back off some if you want

Good info Joe, especially the tip on marking the bleed hole. However, how do you bleed out the air? Do you just push in the glans as far as possible?

I do not cut the sleeve because the longer the sleeve rolls down my shaft the more the "tension" is spread down the shaft and less concentrated on the glans. The longer sleeve reduces the vacuum on the tip of the glans and also reduces slippage if the tension is at its max. At least that is how it works best for me.

I am not sure I am bleeding any air out, but what I do is roll back the sleeve below the hole, then cram the glans in as much as possible, and while holding it crammed in, I roll the sleeve back over the hole. I cut the sleeve because I feel this way I am pulling from the tip, and maybe stretching the shaft? With the sleeve full length, I feel I am pulling the whole penis away from the base? Not sure what is better, but seems like 2 different stretches.

Thanks for the info Joe and not2big. I'll try it tomorrow. I think I'll cut the sleeve a bit, though as it is very hard to roll off afterwards.

I probably ended up cutting the sleeve down about 1.5 inches and might even take more off, but flacid I'm pretty small.

Yeah, just roll it down to open up the bleed hole, shove the glans in, cover the hole, and that seems to do the trick. I guess my concerns at this point are:

The glans can still go cold, and unlike a noose, you can't really feel it. Taking it off to check your dick every hour is a bit much.

As people have mentioned, it might kind of pulls at things differently and might put more stress on the base than all along your member (compared to a noose).

It's almost too comfortable. With a noose, if I tighten it too fast I can feel my ligaments (I assume thats what it is) stretching and hard. With this, I feel like I could way over do it without noticing it until it's too late.

Edit: Actually it looks like that's covered in this thread:
https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-...ont-feel-stretch-while-using-vacextender.html

That being said, if it's doing it's job (embiggening) it's definitely way more comfortable than a noose and I could wear it much longer.
