I'm shocked and disappointed, as I expected some nice gains this month. I didn't smoke weed at all, and only drank once this month (and not too much even). I've been exercising and eating very healthy as well. This only means one thing...

It's time for a new routine.

It's now been one year since I started PE, so I think it's time to step it up a notch.

- I'm going to follow going411by7's old method, but utilizing jelq-stretching instead of normal jelqs. I'll also do very slow (5-6 seconds) jelqs, I've been doing 4 seconds per jelq.

Wish me luck! I'm going to continue to eat healthy and exercise (aiming for six-pack abs). ;)

I forgot to mention that the other day I was curious and wanted to see if I could reach my dick with my mouth (lol) :p I could do this as a pre-teen but became unable to when I grew taller. To my surprise, I was able to lick the tip with my tongue when erect!! Haha, I wonder if I practice after every PE session, I'll eventually be able to self-fellatio myself.. ;)

Detailed routine for June - Based on going411by7's old routine combined with kingpole's flaccid jelq method
Rice sock warm-up
20 mins

Stretch all directions w/ rotating stretches
30 secs each + 10 secs each
~3 mins total

Flaccid jelq-stretch, 5-6 secs per jelq
45 mins

Total workout time
~1 hour, 10 minutes

While jelqing, I've really been focusing on my tunica (after every couple of jelqs doing a good tunica tug). With that my routine is fairly intense and I'm needing rest days after every 2 sessions so far :p My dick is reacting well to my new routine :)

Yesterday's session was less intense, but still a great one nevertheless. If I take it fairly easy today, I might be able to have a session tomorrow as well. I really like the 3on-1off-2on-1off schedule, so that's what I'm aiming for.

I'm also focusing on my tunica and performing Tunica Tugs as well,but is it ok if i Jelq at lets say 20-40% for length gains? Is this still considered a flaccid jelq? :)

Freaky I see nothing wrong with that, in fact most of the time I can't help but be around 20%! I would venture out to say that a flaccid jelq doesn't have to be 100% flaccid, as long as it's still bendy and not semi-erect yet. Good luck to you!

Haha, I'd be honored if he did but he's still definitely got me beat! :p I'm glad you like my log, I try to make it not only easy for me to track my progress, but a good resource for others to use as well (learn from my mistakes!) ;)

So I always use my hand to kind of gauge my BPEL in between measurements, and today it seems a bit longer! One week until I find out if my suspicions are true! :D

Okay so I'm pretty happy with July's measurements! I gained 1/8" in BPEL (Actually slightly more, but I'm not quite 7.9" BPEL yet, I like to round to the nearest 1/8th), 1/4" in BPFSL (which is a huge gain for me!), and 1/8" in BPFL which is also good! :D I did measure a loss in girth, but I can understand why with my gains in length. I figure I'll go after my girth goal once my length goal is obtained anyway.

My new routine IS WORKING!!! :D

Although it's been slightly difficult to just jelq for the entire 45 minute jelqing period (and stay flaccid), I'm getting better at it and learning (music or TV helps). I feel like I'm really getting a good tunica stretch when doing my new routine, which is what I'm aiming for (and apparently needed!)

I haven't smoked weed AT ALL all Summer! I feel pretty good about that, and with my exercising 6 days a week and eating healthy, I feel great!

As you can see, I'm just about 1/40" (basically nothing) away from having gained an entire inch in BPEL since starting PE! I'm essentially on the cusp of success! Hopefully I'll have reached the 1" BPEL gain checkpoint by next month! I'm planning on it.

That's the only word that came to my mind mate...you are SO,inspirational to say the least :D
Also...i'm doing flaccid jelqs and i can the see the difference myself as well :)
Can't wait to get to 6,5 inch BPEL...haha

Been unable to get on the forums for awhile, too long. I should actually have more free time once school starts back up next month (crazy I know) so I plan on getting on more then. PE going pretty well, I've been a little more relaxed with it though this month (ejaculating after almost every session it seems like :p ).

I had been trying to get six pack abs for summer, but I weighed myself last week and I weighed only 135 lbs... TOO SMALL!! So now I'm gaining weight again, gonna try to pack on as much muscle as possible over fall and winter before cutting for the abs in the spring.
