stagnation (plateau) what to do?

I hit the same problem tbh, all my gains came in the first 4 months then after 3 months of no gains ive stopped, lost motivation, i would like to get back into it again but i just think it's going to be a waste of time again, so close to my 8" nbpel aswell :(

I also haven't gained in 6 months (9 for girth) I have started again now after a 4 month deacon break but I think i have reached my max potential. I wonder if hanging could add something

PE 10 months ago and one month and a half with no earnings
My routine is
heating
30 / 2 basic stretching all sides
jelq erection 20 minutes 70%
pump 2X 20 minutes
ads

I'm at the same point here. Have not made any gains in the last month. I read somewhere here that if you don't see any gains for a period of 4 wks or so, time to try a different routine.

Current Routine (for last 1.5months)
...10-20 min warmup in hot bath, whole area
...25min manual stretching
..... Hold each stretch for 60sec
..... All directions but SD for ever other stretch (my LOT is 9:00)
...10 min jelqing, SD
...10min edging and warmdown

So now I think some hanging might be in order.

All i can recommend for all you guys is take a rest for a week, then add time or sets to your stretching and jelqing.
You also may want to add n advanced stretch or girth exercise, and add edging (if you edge already up the time 5 minutes). I had my best gains since big al recommended adding edging for me (about .5 inch length and .15 inch in girth in 5 months. I also changed how i added intesity from time to progressive reps but i think edging and stamina work are more key.).
Dont give up though. 90% of the battle is mental motivation.

hmm, I do not practice edging, just pump and extender
routine (stretching and jelq) increased by 5 minutes
stretch and jelq and started on the edging

10 minutes of edging is a good start?

10 minutes is a great start and work up to 20mins, after a while after that is to work to 30mins but 20mins is what i was told to work towards to.

I usually go for 15mins but sometimes to 20mins.

10 is a good start. I shaped my edging around my stamina for actual sex. Even before pe (and mass mastubation) i could last a long time. So when i Edge i focus on not going over 30 minutes while trying to cum (more mentally than actual hand friction though. Dont wanna kill the little sensitivity I have). The main goal from edging that I see is maintaining the first erection for as long as possible, the ability to regain one if lost, and the ability to control ejaculation.

hanging will add something.

it's just a pain in the ass, especially if you're feeling a bit tired.

gives the best stretch though.
