I guess I have to qualify myself at this point, to avoid looking like a bully. I was a semi-nerd in high school.

I was smart, but socially competent. I wouldn't say popular, but on the popular side of the spectrum.

My best friend is a socially competent nerd. Top grades, no-girls type. He's got quite a few friends that are girls, just none see him as suitable, but he's rocking a nine incher nbpel. We casually talk about PE even though he wouldn't do it. In fact he's the one who showed me this site.

I guess it depends on the situation. Here is a couple of times I observed dicks:
1) Wanking competitions:
My friends and I had regular wanking competitions as teenagers. Saw some massive ones. I did not measure though - it would not have been cool!
2) Swimming naked:
My friends and I swam in the nude many times and lied in the sun to dry off.
3) Army morning glories during penis inspection:
As a rookie I was in charge of the bungalow and had to acompany the corporal when we have penis inspection once a month. All troops were in the nude and I had to make notes on hygiene, and possible diseases for the corporal on the state of my platoon's dicks. (It was a disgusting practice but done in the south african army)
4) Sport competitions:
When I was at university I played tennis. We went to a tennis camp with other universities and I shared a room with one of my friends. I had a shower walking to my room with my penis turtling and without my towel (forgot it in the room). I never walked in public areas naked and my friend left for the tuck shop.
