An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
I dont know because I do not own a bathmate, I own a conventional pump and I just posted my gains in the success forum a few hours ago. 7/8 in bpel in 90 days and 1/4 inch girth to boot so I have to I know my pump works. Those measurements were on an off day so I was not "pumped". Because of this all I can offer is that I know my pump works, hopefully some bathmate owners can give you thier input. I am not one for sitting in the tub either, I would rather sit at the computer and pump. Hope that helps some.

I would buy a Chevy Camarro or a Mustang. Both are great. Personally I like the hands technique for stretching and jelqing as that gives great results. If you must buy something both have been well recieved by our members. ( go for the Chevy!)

Take the Dodge Challenger (if we're talking new model cars only) any day over the two of those.

Different strokes for different folks. No gains from manual after six months. Good girth gains from pumping, but no length. Some length after extending for 9 months. Oh, I'd buy the Mustang (KR).

I've always used an air pump (a good one that does not concave). Out of curiosity I googled bathmate vs the other day. For the most part others prefer the air pump. Seems like a more flexible device to me as well.

Oh ... just around ...
Depends on what your aim/goal is. BathMate is easier to use, not as expensive and really attacks girth. Standard pumps need more logistics in prep but over the long term would be the better buy.

You can put together a good quality standard pump system for under $90 and you can use it anywhere, including in bed next to your partner, without worrying about a water spill.

LA Pumps and Vacutech both seem to run about $140-150 which is what Bathmate costs. So I'm confused by both the 'Bathmate is cheaper' and the above that you can put one together for $90? It seems the cylinders alone cost 90.

I purchased an LAPump cylinder for $79 and a Harbor Freight brake bleeder for $16 with a coupon. I have seen other good quality cylinders for $59.

Can only give the bathmate answer but its better as a warmup/warmdown tool then an actual program itself.
The design itself makes it very hard to overpump (once youre conditioned for it). That and some of the sciency stuff about watr vs air made me pick bathmate. Its really up to you though as using any device properly is the key.

Does anyone have an opinion on the safety of Bathmate and pumping? I like the idea of a device, because I'm squeamish about manipulating my body. I feel like I'm less likely to hurt myself with a device. Anyone have an opinion one way or the other on that?

I read a post recently where the poster said he liked his pump, because there was hardly any edema! Is some edema just par for the course? That sounds kind of scary to me.

pumping is safe as long as you don't overdue it and it is pretty easy to tell when you are overdoing it

What brand do you have for $40? I'd be real hesitant to get something without a gauge. Though I suppose one could buy one separately online.

while it seems easier and safer with the bathmate, you still can hurt yourself in the beginning or if you leave it on too long.
Never had edema with mine and it helped minimize it when i really bumped up my routine intensity wise.

bxitachi,

Thank you very much for your response.

Have you tried using your Bathmate for gains? Why have you decided to use it only for warmup/warmdown?

Also, thanks for your response about safety.

I tried it on its own for a month (5 days on 2 days nothing) and all it really did was increase my EQ and vascularity, but no gains. But because my penis stayed plump and unturtled after use, and on the advice of some vets here, I added a short but intermediate routine and used my bathmate to enhance the routine. The plus is I can see almost right after my workout if i overdid it or not based on how plump it is in the tube (a 5-10 millimeter increase in warmdown use is common and has become a solid positive indicator for me)
I googled exercises people do in the bathmate and while they look effective, I fear my testicles getting sucked in trying them so I just pump to the max and sit and watch tv till its time (if u do the same, have a towel and bucket near just incase.
