Extenders, yeah they can increase your length, but that's not what they were originally created for. The cell growth comes from very light extension over a long period of time. Full on stretching might work for some, but not how extenders are to be used. They'd be called penis stretchers if that were so.
The light extension and not full on stretching is also how people can manage to wear an extender for long periods of time. Attempting to really stretch for hours would really over-work one's penis.
Remember, extenders are an actual medical device, not some quick penis growing tool.
I also taught about this and some guys use more traction, because they don't have that much time to use the device. Isn't it that more traction would only work when you wear the device for a longer period of time. So shouldn't it be time vs time instead of traction vs time? Because if cell growth does take a long period of time, but if someone is using his extender for a shorter period of time using more traction wouldn't work, would it?
