Hope i picked the right catagory for this question about measuring. Alright so i've seen many different forms of measuring that people use to keep track of their gains, make goals, etc. I like the method, for example using "6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5..." and so forth but when i convert the fractions into decimals it doesn't make sense. For example: 1/4 when converted to decimal it is equal to .2 AND .3 while 3/4 is equal to .7 AND .8 (so say you were 6' 1/4 EL you would be 6.2 and 6.3 at the same time?) Also you could say that if you were 6.25 EL you would be 6.2 and 6.3.
I've just come to the conclusion that using .125, .25, .375, .5, .625, .75, and .875 is easiest but how do you know if what your stats are compare to someone elses?
