Hey guys started reading up on clamping. So I have a few questions. 1) Do you do other exercises or only clamp? Meaning would you also do jelqs etc in your routine?

2) How many sets/reps do you do? I know it says to do no more than 5 minutes as you first start but do you only do one 5 minute session or multiple?

Thanks

take a look at my log
https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/24115-arbs-log-new.html

I find im actually starting to loose length as i havent been doing much jelqing. Started back up again a few days ago. Should be too long to get back to where i was a month ago. I find when i mix a few things in as well as clamping, i tend to gain more. Or at least feel like im gaining more. I started light and gradually built my routine up to the point where i was loosing eq, then rolled it back a bit.

Personally i feel that if you edge before a clamp, you'll benefit more. thats my experience of it anyway

A quick question about clamping... what do you think about clamping with an elastic ribbon like those elastic stripes they use for working out the body??? If I cut a piece of the desired length and wrap it around my base it acts as a cockring... why do you advice to use a clamp cable device instead of a simple rubbery ribbon??? just curious

Hey amiok go to Home Depo I got one for 1.85 and if you do't have wraps get a mouse pad it works well.

Couldn't find them at Home Depot either. Kind of don't want to ask anyone where they are haha. I'd feel weird I guess.

That would work imo. I use a C-ring under my clamp, its made out of neoprene rubber, so its kind of the same material.
As long as your arent clamping past 3 clicks, due to the shape the clamp makes as it clicks down further is oval not round.

I seen some at walmart the other day. I bought mine at lowes. only problem is, it's not flat where it clips at. it kind of crosses it. I use it though.

What if, before I can find one of these clamps, I tie a string around my dick? Would that work or be too dangerous?

A rubber tube will sooner or later start to lose its elastic tensile strength, while a plastic clamp would most likely not.

This ensures you have the same pressure on your unit, as opposed to using rubber tubing.
