Hello all, I was curious about the importance of bone pressed flacid stretched length. When I started Pe again about a couple months ago plus some, I had never given the proper attention to stretching that I should have. about a month, month and a half ago I was reading about limiting factors and did the stretch test to see what my limiting factors might be. I had determined that my tunica was most likely the culprit, being as my streched flacid was the same as my bone pressed erect length. I have been adding in alot of stretches since then and today after a very thourough stretching I decided to measure. In about a month, maybe five weeks I have gone from about 6.5 or 6.6 to an even 7.0, I havent measured bpel since april 1 and it was 6.5.
I want to know if this is a typical gain for one who basically went from stretching as a warm up to focusing more on stretching as a length gaining exercise. I also want to add that I am somewhat shocked as I have only performed basic type stretches but I do them about as hard as I can. I am going to start logging these in my progress log as well and have started doing them as an evening routine, would like to ask what is too much as I currently pump about 5 times a week with little to no missed workout days, should i do these every pump day or maybe less? thanks in advance

The only real importance is later on down your PE journey, using it to determine what your limiting factor may be to see which types of exercises would best benefit you. For now, ignore it.

My stretched flaccid if I am totally relaxed and my cock is "flushed flaccid," I can stretch wayyyy longer than my BPEL. It has never, in recent times, translated to BPEL gains. I have never determined if it has any relevance to gains in length, long term.

I was just curious about it because I got it to stretch about 1/2 an inch longer and I got sort of happy about it, I guess its a sign that I am getting something positive from the stretching, I took it as maybe I am getting less limiting from my limiting factor. Thanks for the replys Demone and going411,

I've started doing the Side-to-Side Stretch to get more length. I will let you know if I get any sudden improvements. My current routine is actually getting me decent results already (though I believe I am quick to get initial results), so feel free to take a look. Also, I alternate between upward and downward palm Jelqs, as well as throwing in some quicky Jelqs just for more bloodflow and stimulation...
