Hello all, I was curious about the importance of bone pressed flacid stretched length. When I started Pe again about a couple months ago plus some, I had never given the proper attention to stretching that I should have. about a month, month and a half ago I was reading about limiting factors and did the stretch test to see what my limiting factors might be. I had determined that my tunica was most likely the culprit, being as my streched flacid was the same as my bone pressed erect length. I have been adding in alot of stretches since then and today after a very thourough stretching I decided to measure. In about a month, maybe five weeks I have gone from about 6.5 or 6.6 to an even 7.0, I havent measured bpel since april 1 and it was 6.5.
I want to know if this is a typical gain for one who basically went from stretching as a warm up to focusing more on stretching as a length gaining exercise. I also want to add that I am somewhat shocked as I have only performed basic type stretches but I do them about as hard as I can. I am going to start logging these in my progress log as well and have started doing them as an evening routine, would like to ask what is too much as I currently pump about 5 times a week with little to no missed workout days, should i do these every pump day or maybe less? thanks in advance
