Is it possible to 'strengthen' your ligs to the point where they get tougher and begin to pull your penis back into the body as a side effect? I can't confirm with absolute certainty that this is happening to me but i seem to have very tough ligs on the top of my penis which I believe to be the result of some overtraining I did awhile back. Occasionally upon looking at my penis it looks like I lost a bit of length. Maybe it is just a matter of the previous temp gains disappearing (I'm not very consistent) but I also can't help but wonder if my tough-as-nails dorsal ligs might be responsible for pulling my penis back in a bit. Do any of you guys see this as being a possibility? Could my PE really be backfiring on me?

Without surgery, not really. Exercising them will work to strengthen them, cause them to be more elastic, and slightly stretched out, but not make them begin to shrink up on you.

I agree. That doesn't sound very likely to me.

There's a misconception that toughening ligaments necessarily has to equal harder training or diminished results. A balanced routine should allow for stronger AND more flexible ligaments.

A good analogy- If PE could be compared to a sport, it very likely would be more like gymnastics or yoga (maximum strength and flexibility).

Big Al, do you feel that they can possibly be pulled back into the body as a result of 'bad' PE? I appreciate your opinion on the topic.

Medically, that's just not possible. Would be nice if it were, I wouldn't be looking at having my knees rebuilt from ligament damage.

You can train for toughness without properly training for flexibility. A possible example- doing a lot of hard kegels while not doing any stretching to counter that may result in imbalances. It shouldn't cause your penis to go in farther than usual, but I could see it mimicking your having a high "LOT" though.

Thanks guys. I hoped this wasn't possible. I guess my devil's advocate reasoning was that if we can pull them out of the body, why wouldn't be able to create an opposite reaction? But as you said it does sound pretty medically impossible.
