Hey there. Finally decided to start a log and take everything more seriously. PE'd for about a year with minimal success... mainly because I was inconsistent and overtrained for a good time.

Current Routine:
JP90 2days on, 1 day off

Measurements:
7 Inch. NBPEL(7.3-7.4 BPEL)---Gained 0.2
5.5 Inch MEG---gained0.1
5.8 Base EG
5-5.5 Inch FL
4.5-4.8 FG

My daily life:
School: 5 days on 2 days off :D
Weight lifting/cardio 3 days a week
Pe:2 days on 1 day off
I try to eat my healthiest, but still have to eat some junk if there is nothing else around.
I drink green tea 3 times daily(thank you once again kingpole)
I take omega-3 fish oil's daily
I take one cap of Gingko Biloba daily (220mg inulin, 100mg gingko per cap)
I try to supplement my diet with garlic, but YUCK..

I will update every workout day and sometimes on off days when something considers me.

Day 1 of JP90:

Feels pretty good but I did 100 jelqs and 60 V-jelqs instead of 150x90 'cause it seemed like an overkill but I will gradually increase the number of reps. I don't see any noticable PI's besides the colour of my unit getting richer(head not as pale).

Notable moment of the day:
Trimmed my pubes, gee it was a mess +1 inch to visual size.

Edit: I will try to measure every 5-6 weeks.(basically twice trough the JP90's workout I'm currently doing)

Day 2 of JP90:

This one's a bit late, I had a very busy day, but I managed to do my workout anyway. I'm a little worried that I might have pumped the intensity too much out of the rush, no negative PI's yet, we'll see tomorrow on my off day.

Garlic is a blood thinner, It was called "natures viagra" on some website, I noticed increased morning woodies.

Look into an odorless garlic pill if if not loving the garlic in your food.

Thanks. I looked around for such pills in the pharmacy but had no luck, I'll see if I can order them online sometime.

Day 3 of JP90:

This is my day off, feels good, my dick has been plump for the most of the day :)

Notable moment of the day: Shaved my armpits completely, what a funny feeling :D I was tired of getting all sweaty in this hot weather.

Another late one, but it will not stop me from doing my workout.. after workout I still feel kinda good.

Notable moment of the day: Saw the "Fast and furious 5" premiere. Flaccid was awesomely plump in the public bathroom ^^

90 days that's why I call it JP90

Originally it was 5 days on 2 days off, but 2 days on 1 day off seems like a better choice for me because I tend to overtrain and turtle pretty easily.

Day 5 of JP 90:

Another late one.. warmed up in hot shower for 10 minutes, did 110 jelqs and 70 v-jelqs in total(3seconds each), warm down 7 minutes. Going to do more warm-up/warm-down when I get more privacy.

Notable moment of the day: I met a girl that used to like me, she got way prettier than the last time I spoke to her.

My rest day, very high EQ. Masturbated twice, flaccid tends to go from plump to normal every once in a while(Probably because of masturbation)

Did 110 Jelqs and 65 V-jelqs in total, I'm warming down as im writing this. Flaccid actually turtled after moning wood passed, but got back to plump position after I had lunch.

Did not change the amounts of jelqs I did but I did add +5 kegels to every stretch direction. I had troubles keeping my erection down while stretching and I masturbated twice before PE(couple of hours before)

Day 9 of JP 90:

Today is the day off, not as plump as in the beggining(no turtling yet), but I don't remember being so hard anytime in my life. Also I used a rice sock to heat my penis today to speed up the recovery, just in case...

Nothing notable these days, just preparing for the exams, not getting a chance to get out of the routine.
