Hey there. Finally decided to start a log and take everything more seriously. PE'd for about a year with minimal success... mainly because I was inconsistent and overtrained for a good time.
Current Routine:
JP90 2days on, 1 day off
Measurements:
7 Inch. NBPEL(7.3-7.4 BPEL)---Gained 0.2
5.5 Inch MEG---gained0.1
5.8 Base EG
5-5.5 Inch FL
4.5-4.8 FG
My daily life:
School: 5 days on 2 days off
Weight lifting/cardio 3 days a week
Pe:2 days on 1 day off
I try to eat my healthiest, but still have to eat some junk if there is nothing else around.
I drink green tea 3 times daily(thank you once again kingpole)
I take omega-3 fish oil's daily
I take one cap of Gingko Biloba daily (220mg inulin, 100mg gingko per cap)
I try to supplement my diet with garlic, but YUCK..
I will update every workout day and sometimes on off days when something considers me.
Day 1 of JP90:
Feels pretty good but I did 100 jelqs and 60 V-jelqs instead of 150x90 'cause it seemed like an overkill but I will gradually increase the number of reps. I don't see any noticable PI's besides the colour of my unit getting richer(head not as pale).
Notable moment of the day:
Trimmed my pubes, gee it was a mess +1 inch to visual size.
Edit: I will try to measure every 5-6 weeks.(basically twice trough the JP90's workout I'm currently doing)
