Right so there I was doing a load of reverse kegels. Must have been doing them for a good ten minutes. Then about 30 minutes later I decided to masturbate using my fleshlight and believe it or not I last aaaaaaaaages!!!! At about 5 minutes i had to pull a quick reverse kegel but apart from that I was going 25 minutes +. Actually stopped after a while as my mum and dad were off to sleep and i didn't really want them walking in.

But anyways what i reckon happened was this. Reverse kegels are what help relax the penis and hold you back from the PONR and I reckon as i did a load of them before i masturbated they were all very tense and therefore completely overcome my involuntary kegels. My penis was able to stay calm and take more penetration because I was practically holding a reverse kegel without even doing anything as they were still all tensed up due to my exercise :D

I want some others on the forum to try this out and let me know your results. I really think this could work!!! :D

I've had similar things happen. I would just do 5 slow hard reverse K's, trying to relax the rest of my body while edging, then my involuntary K's were lessened quite a lot.

But then I might not qualify for Pre-E, I do have involuntary kegels though that get me to the ponr quicker than I'd sometimes like....

Ive had a similar experience with regular kegels. Just doing sets of 25 quick kegels, then a set of 10 or 15 10 second kegels and repeating these 4 times or so, even later in the day my stamina has increased to the point that I could control whenever I wanted to come. Might this result in delayed ejaculation? I think not, as I can still kegel myself to an orgasm at any point after some stimulation.

Not to discredit reverse kegels, but I have found that when using them during sex I hold a reverse kegel for a little bit and as soon as I let it go I get an involuntary kegel or it brings me closer to ponr, as well as using regular kegels. I just keep my muscles totally relaxed and only use them to pump up my erection a bit when needed.

It works different for everybody, generally it can boil down to the idea of tiering the muscles enough, or making them go into a sort of cramp (either by reverse or regular kegels), it is similar with how one can go into a soft wave to some point, since when you are in the zone your pevlic floor muscles are kinda cramped or

Behind all this is probably once central thing that we all are missing because we encounter it different ways.

I can hold it back with normal kegels, but i've never had a premature ejaculation problem, i have a good degree of control over it even without kegels... one time i did pre-e in my girlfriend because she was waking me up in the middle of the night and wouldn't let me sleep without sex. She was very mad 45 seconds later.

Didn't work for me:( I was hoping it would , I was so excited that maybe something would cure my premature ejaculation( at least temporarily) but I whipped out the fleshlight and had no luck :(

Boomshakalaka how long was you doing reverse kegels for? I did it for a good 15 minutes, holding and doing quick squeezes. Also I didn't masterbae straight away it was a good 15- 20 minutes later. I'm sure the theory behind this is correct. It's like when you go to the gym, you work out and your muscles are still hard and tense after the workout for a while

I agree nibbles, after doing kegels at any point during the day, my control is waaaaay improved during sex later on that day. Currently I am not working with RKs because kegels only are giving me great improvements but if I start to fall back into more extreme preE then I may implement some RKs into my routine.

Kegels are great for holding your orgasm to when you want to let go. Believe it or not but you can master the kegel and be able to have an orgasm without even nuttin'. This is pro status! I have experienced such a great event. Do them long enough and master them and you will also.

Usually I do them throughout the day not when I wake up so I cant be certain. I usually have sex late at night though, after midnight usually and its been like over 6 hours since I did any kegels. I think it just tires out the muscles similar to having an orgasm before you go out with a woman so that you can last longer that night in bed, same concept.

I agree with that conclusion, I believe it has just tired out the PC muscles so that the involuntary PC spasm are weak and do not cause much more arousal. I would think that it would make it easier to keep the PC muscles relaxed too due to the muscle exhaustion/Fatigue.

I think that your body uses your pelvic floor muscles to control physical arousal as a reflection of mental to a degree. When you get involuntaries it's a sign that that physiological process and the muscles are unconditioned. I found that in that circumstance I had a lot of background tension too, that I only started to notice after exercising those muscles and becoming more sensitive to their effects.

I don't feel that my pelvic floor muscles are weak, I feel like they're more under my control than ever before. I think there may be something in the fatigue idea, but I'm not so sure that yields "control" as such, and it seems an aggressive way to approach the problem.

your mileage my vary of course, that's just my take on it
