I've never jelqued before and I'm new to PE exercises in general. I've never considered myself "small", more like average, but I've always wanted to be bigger because of my height (6'4). My current dimensions are:

Flaccid length - 5"
Erect length - 7-1/2"
Erect girth - 5"

My goal dimensions are:

Erect length - 8-1/2" to 9"
Erect girth - 6-1/4"

My question is, are these gains attainable using jelqing exercises? I'm more interested in thickness as opposed to length. My penis has an odd appearance because my penis head is so large. It is around 6-1/8" in circumference and looks strange when you consider that the shaft of my penis is a little more than an inch less in circumference. I want the shaft to be a similar thickness, or just slightly thicker, which is why my goal girth is 6-1/2".

Can anyone suggest a series of beginning exercises that I should try? Please, bare in mind that I am new here and am unaware of anything mentioned in previous threads and am still new to all of this.

Welcome to the gym BigJon,
Your starting size is pretty good (yes, you are big!) but considering your height, I can understand why you want to be bigger (even without considering it... we all want to be bigger :)).
Your goal are achievable provided that you are dedicated, serious about PE, hard worker, and respectful of the safety rules. Read as much as you can, choose a beginner routine among those you'll find here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/18741-beginners-forum-sticky-threads.html and start when you're ready. That's the way to go!
As a side note: a mushroom head is great: some guys would love to have such a big head ;)

Thanks for the encouraging remarks. I really do appreciate it.:) The problem is that I use to be really into bodybuilding and I have a wide body and wide legs so that 7-1/2 inches starts to look more like 4-1/2. I don't have any problem in the love-making deptartment, and my wife seems to have no problem with my penis size, it is just not that asthetically pleasing, especially when I'm looking in a mirror.

BTW, w2hat is "kegle"?

welcome chief! i wish i could describe how to do a kegel. its that muscle right above the anus that feels like your puckering it up. i dont know. maybe someone else can explain it better. but if u were hard and did a kegel your penis would get even harder, its that orgasm muscle. kegels are very effective in getting harder erections. after a few weeks of doing them u notice better orgasms in my opinion.
