hello,

1st timer about to order a Vacutech ... working with starting stats 8x6 ... my two dilemmas:

1) 2" or 2.25" width? Vacutech site recommends 2" but this seems like it won't allow much "room to grow"

2) what length to order 10" or 11"? Vacutech website is embarrassingly lacking info on this, and googling does no better. I've seen suggestions of 3" longer or 2" longer (from 411's post here). again main concern is sufficient "room to grow" for light PE-focused pumping - don't want to have to replace too soon. i won't complain if i fill up 10" but don't want to "short change" myself either :D

If you are 8x6 start with a 2.25X11" tube. I am 7.5X5.75 and completely pack 2.12X10" tube and I have been pumping since 1977.

cool thx ... out of curiosity what level hg do you use when packing the tube? i only intend to use low pressures as safety/PE is my main concern

If you are 6" girth, I would choose the 2.25" tube. I wouldn't worry about the length. It doesn't really matter. The results you will experience are basically increases in flaccid girth, not in length.

2.25" sounds about right for you. I am 7.5x 5.6" and I definitely over-pack the 2.0" at the bottom. They are nice gear, I have had mine for about twelve years now. On my third hand pump for the damn thing, the plastic pumps don't last.

following up here ... received the 2.25 x 11 last week. 2.25 was definitely the correct size to go with so thx for all the input there. 11 on the length is definitely excessive - not much length gains going on inside the tube, at most 0.5". so 10 would have been more than enough.

so far i'm "pumped" about the results. been doing one 10 min session per day - sets of about 3 min with some light jelqing before and in between - at around 3 hg pressure. even 3 hg was scary the first time so im in no danger of going overboard.

the results are noticeable already. better EQ and I can "feel" the girth gains, especially towards the base. measured on my rest day yesterday and EG was up to 6.15" at base.

now if i can just find the optimal length exercise and stick with my rountine ... I should be on track to becoming the "bigmanoncampus" when i go back to school this fall :D

btw i ordered my mityvac separately and it did not come with the proper connection so i just jammed in the plastic hose. can anyone show me what the connector looks like? any other tips welcome too :D

would still appreciate a heads up on the connector

follow up here about the tube diameter ... i notice as i get up to the 4 or 5hg range inevitably some of my skin from my sack gets pulled in and blows up a bit. can be a bit uncomfy but not painful, however i'm concerned it's diluting the PE effect.

should i consider going down in size? i just measured 6.4" base girth after a short pumping session so it does seem like i can benefit from the 2.25". but my midshaft and head girth are lower for sure, maybe 1" less girth. if i go down would that help the midshaft + head girth?

I've run into the same issue. Getting a smaller cylinder can help but realize you will pack out the cylinder much faster and the effects of the vacuum will eventually be on the glans and not the base. I simply held back the skin during the start of tue pump session until the base was plump enough pack really good and firm. I have no issues with it at all now - just takes time.

Starting with 8 x 6, you are already where many men dream to be.
(Now, I could go for that, flaccid -- and erect to 10.5 x 7.5 as a standard.
Then, a very happy man indeed. But, may take awhile.)
