Hey guys,
I've been doing various exercises for a while now, here and there, mostly because they're just fun =p
Recently I've decided to actually put together a routine to help me get a fuller penis. I'm looking for gains in length and girth.
Here's what I've been doing
Warm up of course
Mon, Wed, Fri
Tues, Thurs
Rest on Saturday and Sunday
I don't have a lot of time to add much more to the routine but I'd like to get some opinions on if this looks solid or not.

- 4.5 minutes of stretching
- 1 minute of jelquing
- Uli, 2 reps, 45 seconds each
- 2 horse squeezes
- Traction wrap for 2-3 hours
Tues, Thurs
- 5 minutes of stretching
- 2 minutes of jelquing
- Traction Wrap for 2-3 hours
Rest on Saturday and Sunday
I don't have a lot of time to add much more to the routine but I'd like to get some opinions on if this looks solid or not.
