Is this a good routine?

Hey guys,
I've been doing various exercises for a while now, here and there, mostly because they're just fun =p
Recently I've decided to actually put together a routine to help me get a fuller penis. I'm looking for gains in length and girth.

Here's what I've been doing

Warm up of course

Mon, Wed, Fri
  • 4.5 minutes of stretching
  • 1 minute of jelquing
  • Uli, 2 reps, 45 seconds each
  • 2 horse squeezes
  • Traction wrap for 2-3 hours

Tues, Thurs
  • 5 minutes of stretching
  • 2 minutes of jelquing
  • Traction Wrap for 2-3 hours

Rest on Saturday and Sunday

I don't have a lot of time to add much more to the routine but I'd like to get some opinions on if this looks solid or not.
Feel Free to suggest anything =D

How long have you been doing PE for? I don't think you're doing enough Jelqing time, but that depends if you're barely starting or not

you need to start with a proper warm up, there is no mention of it in your routine

You will probably get injured with this routine, Uli and Horse squeezes are advance exercises which shouldn't be performed by beginners, I suggest sticking to JP90 for 3 months and after that you can consider adding those exercises to your routine as then you're conditioned and prepared.

I strongly second irheretogrow: he gave you priceless advices. The fact that you've been doing some exercises "here and there" suggest that your penis is probably not ready for these advanced exercises and you risk to injure yourself, or at best hinder your gains throw overtraining. Remember that PE is not a race but a lifelong experience. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the trip. Rushing in advanced exercises never brings anything good. As said by Jean de La Fontaine in his Fable about the hare and the turtle, "slow and steady wins..."

I mentioned the warmup, check again.

And I should clear things up, I posted this without completely explaining what I meant

I had a consistent workout of 5 min of stretching and 2-3 of jelquing mon - fri for about 4, maybe 5 months now.

I would add other exercises in for a while at a time to see what they did for me. These are the ones that seem to actually do something for me.

In my opinion you should start with JP's or PESG's routine and measure every 2-4 weeks to track your gains. Don't be impatient. I have been excercising for 8 months and i'm still performing the beginner's routine. It hasn't stop working for me, so why change it? When you stop gaining it is time to change it, not earlier. Just stick with a routine until it is not effective any more.

I'm looking into it now.

btw, is traction wrapping at this stage a good idea?

I've tried it and I make sure It's not too tight or anything, I just want to know if someone more experienced than I thinks it's a good idea.

There is nothing wrong with traction wrapping and it is a good way of preventing your penis from turtling after the workout. But I do not think 1 minute or even 2-3 minutes of jelqing is going to be effective. HOWEVER, if you were able to perform that sort of routine about 4 times per day I think that might have a chance at yielding gains.

I'll find more time so I can try one of the routines suggested.

I guess that means waking up earlier, but It's for a good cause =P

Always mention how for how long are you into PE otherwise we can't really suggest anything, and 1 minute of jelqing is simply not enough
