Well I have always had a chunky ass even when my abs are through. Lots of athletics as a youngster and football (soccer) blessed me with strong legs and glutes. Woman always cop a feel when I am out in the bars.

The only medical benefits I can think of is if you come off a bike your ass has more cushioning. hahaha.
