Hey guys! I'll be starting the JP90 tomorrow, and have decided that I'll be taking measurements/photos on a monthly basis. At first, I was sketchy on the photo part, but I think that a lot of the skepticism surrounding P.E. has to do with a lack of photogenic practicioners. I'm pretty comfortable with my body, so I hope that I will be able to break some new ground as far as making PE a more widespread/wellknown option for improving ones sex life. The other reason I have for including photos is to make it easier to spot injuries, vascularity, and other variables over time.
After the JP90, I will adjust a new routine depending on what (if any) gains I get from it. At six months, I intend to begin hanging and Uli's. I've heard a lot of horror stories about clamping, so until I feel more comfortable with what I'm doing I probably won't be including them.
I've been doing kegels for the last couple days, and am already noticing an improvement in EQ. Anyway, heres to monday. Wish me luck, and hopefully in 12-18 months I will be the proud owner of an obscenely meaty skeezer pleaser.
