Extender's silicone hoses wear out

Hello everyone.
I am using an extender for 4 months and both of the 2 silicone hoses(you know those used for grapping the penis) that came with my extender have worn out by usage and have becomen so hard that no longer the extender is easy for use.Any idea for anywhere do get spare silicone hoses? Ordering from internet would be the most convenient way i guess.Again I am looking for spare silicone hoses ,not the straps.

this happened to me. I just put some tape inside the extender holes to make it thicker, and It worked fine
