Oh bother...

I am 3 days away from being 4 months in...

So far my first 3 months consisted of jelqing, edging ans kegels.

Gained 0.3" in BPEL

This last month I have been doing two seperate routines both focused on girth.
Routine 1 consisting of edging, basic stretches, jelqs, tunica tugs, jai stretches and bundled stretches.(base girth)
routine 2 consisting of jelqs, ulis, flaccid bends and edging(mid and upper girth)

Gained 0.05" in BPEL

As of about a week ago, my penis turtled badly...
It was cold and hard and small.
I warmed it every night for 3 days and it was back to normal.
I started jelqing and edging again but it seems even after just and edging session it gets cold and hard...

So I am not seeing any good Pi's here...
What could I be doing wrong???
All I wish to do is to gain 0.3" in girth but that seems pretty hard at the moment.

I am considering just warming up my penis for a little while longer each time I exercise.
See where that takes me.

Please help

Turtling, oh its my arch-enemy and the current focus of my journaling.

The main problem seems to be you are simply trying to do too much... Way too much, your routine is intense, honestly when I was 4 months in I was doing just stretching and jelqing and experiencing great gains month after month. I would recommend taking a few things out of your routine to simplify it and cut edging back (for me it can be very hard on the penis). Dont be affraid to take off days to recover, PEing is a marathon it is not a sprint.

I agree with all the above. If I remember right you're young and fairly well hung to start with. You have the rest of your life to get this right 0.3" girth no problem, as long as you don't over do it. Take a week off, do not underestimate the powers of rest, (it's like the dark side only better).

As you know and has been stated above negative PIs = over training. The warm ups are a good idea, but that can not make up for to much intensity. Relax and rethink, pick one of the girth exercises and give it a little time.

This is not a setback, it is in fact an important learning moment as to what works for you.

Exactly!

All of this is it...

BTW, from what I heard from another member, that cold hard and turtled flaccid is what they call the "Hard Flaccid"

apparently that's all the symptoms that are associated with it. Just chill out and don't do anything to your peen until it fixes itself. i would say take at least a week off, and let it do its thing. I think the penis is the fastest healing tissue in the body.

Hey bro,

If you have been working for 4 months straight, especially since it was your first four months, you need to seriously consider a decon break. I know its hard...you get turned on to something like PE and you don't want to stop, don't want to stop gaining, don't want to possibly lose what you've got. But just a week or two off will do you so much good...

Thanks everybody

Haha it's a sad truth but I guess I will be taking a week or two off from PE..
Going to miss It but a break seems to be well needed!

Thanks again for the advice guys!

Goodluck to you all on your PE journeys :)
